Last year JK Rowling personally funded a group called Sex Matters to amend UK law so that trans women *overnight* went from legally women to legally men. With the new Harry Potter series she will be making a reported $20 million per-season renewal + other performance dependent royalties. She has been open across multiple interviews regarding her intentions to use said funds to push forth even more trans targeted legislation in the years to come.

This isn’t a “she gets paid no matter what” situation. The more eyeballs on this show the more money she has to actively harm vulnerable communities. By engaging with it you are directly supporting this and otherwise making a conscious choice to consume HP over doing the literal very least possible to not destroy the lives of trans people across the world.

it's actually deeply troubling how many people are really eager to believe and spread the idea that someone who is one of the most prominent queer women in mainstream media whose queerness is part of her public identity is someone who is cruel to children specifically. like this particular new hate train is very targeted and very specifically about a child. I wonder who would benefit from everyone painting a queer woman as someone children should be fearful to be around. especially a woman who dresses flamboyant, has referred to herself as a drag queen many times over the years, and platforms many drag queens. and also challenges the idea that queerness doesn't belong in traditionally conservative areas by being unapologetically from the midwest. it's such a slippery slope and people are engaging without hesitation.

SO WHAT I MEAN BY THIS IS think about your vagina and think about your mental wellbeing. if you stick something weird up your vagina then your ph is gonna get a little weird. if you follow tiktok advice and put essential oils undiluted up your vagina then you’re going to get an infection. if you don’t bathe or shower then your vagina is, you guessed it, gonna stink and get weird.

your mental health is the same way. if something big and crazy happens and you don’t deal with it (aka if you stick something weird up your vagina, essential oils for example) and it rocks your world then you’re gonna experience some weirdness. if you ignore it then it’ll get worse. if you don’t take care of your mental health through meds or meditation or journaling or exercise or whatever it may be (if you don’t wash your vagina) then your mental health (and your vagina) will be stinky and horrible and it’ll cause problems. if you experience problems (yeast infection, BV, STDs) and you don’t visit the doctor or reach out to others for support (therapist? gynecologist?), you’re going to be depressed and anxious (and itchy).

moral of the story is this: take care of your mental health and your vagina. wash that ho

THINK CAREFULLY. ive been to many libraries. and old ones are filled with unknown authors. there's so many countries, each have their own authors, school books that are published. we've been writing physical books since forever.

but again. every character ever written probably has fanfiction. hell, you'll find fanfiction OF the books.
