Nope. No matter how much he made Lillipup eyes at her she was not going to give in. Hands on her hips, she glared down at Celebi with everything she was worth as his older sister.

“You know how I feel about you taking candy from strangers. What if it’s poisoned?” she asked in her best disappointed sister voice.

❝B-But it was given to me for an offering! Why would someone poison an offering? Especially to a cute, adorable guardian like me? Pleeeeeaaaaaaaaase Lugiiiiiaaaaaa. I reeeeeaaaally want the candy.❞

So, giving her the Lillipup eyes weren’t going to work. So, his next resort was to beg. The kid just wanted to eat candy for once.

“They weren’t lying?!”

Celebi did exist. It wasn’t some made up rumor about a walking talking onion. They were real. In all honesty it was a bit disturbing. Why would anyone make a creature like that? It was just suffering.

The way she looked at him was sort of unsettling. She looked so surprise... no disturbed to see him here. What was she expecting? They were in his forest, so why wouldn’t he be here?

             …….That green mess of hair looked oddly familiar at a distance, but in           all likelihood, it struck Stone as impossible (or, at least, highly unlikely)           that he could be seeing who he thought he’d run into. 

                          “………………….Wally? No, excuse me—you’re not Wally. My mistake.                                         Just……. green hair. Definitely not the same green hair. No.”

The man staring at him in thought did make him feel at unease. He wasn’t sure why the man was doing it, so that made him feel even more at unease. But then the question struck him with confusion.

“What a pretty place…" 

          Hopefully he doesn’t lose a little control again, and wipe out a good portion from just touching a flower. Such a beautiful forest, along with its inhabitants, doesn’t deserve such a horrible end. 

          Playing with the petals of a blue blossom, he momentarily stopped at the sound of a twig snapping. 

”…Hello? Is someone there?“
