literally anytime someone tries to promote eating disorders by saying you get better results annoy me so badly.

starving severely changes your metabolism, hormones and behaviour actually making you regain fat alot quicker when you do eat. when you restrict calories, extremely, your body enters a protective state making long-term weight loss pretty much impossible and just leads to a higher fat percentage.

your doing yourself alot more harm than good by idolising certain body types.
