-- Jeez. Zorua just wasn't going to get any sleep, was he? Maybe he'd picked a bad place to settle down. He sat up, cleaning his paw as he waited to either be noticed or for the stranger to leave.
To think that he had been blindly stomping forward a few mere moments ago; had he not glanced down at the very last moment, he was sure he would have crushed the small black fox-like Pokemon under his foot in his quest to find a volcanic vent wide enough for him to slip through.
Groudon slowly lowered his leg and craned his neck forward a wee bit, squinting. It was awfully small, wasn’t it?
-- Oh. Oh, goodness. Looking up to see the large Pokemon towering above him, Zorua squeaked, hopping to his feet immediately. He'd never seen anything so big! What was this? "H-Hello?" Hopefully it wouldn't hurt him, whatever it was.

-- Zorua lifted his head up to look at the boy, his ears standing up. "Hello," he greeted, wagging his tail a little.
"Okay, here we go!" He closed his eyes and covered his face with his hands. "One… two… three… four…"
-- Aaaand he was off! He ran, looking for the best hiding place for him to blend in. Since this was just his first time playing with the other, he wouldn't use his abilities right away. Maybe in another round or two.
-- Within moments, Zorua found a hiding place in a bush. He peered through the leaves, keeping an eye out for Gardy in case he needed to run and find somewhere else to go.
"Okay! It’s, like, so on, dude. I’ll count to twenty when you’re ready, ok?"
-- "'Kay!" He laughed a little bit. This was going to be fun. "I'm ready." He crouched down, ready to sprint off the second Gardy wasn't looking.

-- The tricky fox Pokemon had just been settling down for a nap, when he found himself interrupted. He let out a tired sigh, peering up at the stranger. He only gave a little sound of acknowledgement, a hint of curiosity in the sound.
"Absolutely, dude! That’d be chill. What do you have in mind, man?"
-- "Hide-n-seek!" He grinned widely up at the tall Pokemon, wagging his tail happily. "I bet you'll never be able to find me."
N slouched a bit at the mention of paying a game. He was still exhausted from their last game of hide-n-seek and he wasn’t planning on going through all of that again. “Maybe..Later." He replied with a chuckle, "I just wanted to check up on you and make sure you were okay.”
-- "Okay!" He laughed a little bit. He trotted up to the boy, rubbing his head on N's arm. He couldn't blame him from being tired-- Zorua was the best at hide-n-seek, after all. "I'm fine, N. How about you?"
”I'm a Fennekin.”
The fire fox answered.
"I’ve also heard that Zoruas can do an ability called illusion,
—and it’s sounds like an awesome move!”
-- "That's right!" He grinned at her. His tail swished once or twice, as he got a good look at the other fox. "Would you like to see it?"
"Um… cool, dude!" He felt a little weirded out by the statement, but tried to pay it no mind. "So, uh… what’s up, man? What’s happening around here?"
-- "Not a whole lot. I've been playing around, and decided now was a good time to take a break. It's kinda boring around here." He sighed. "...Speaking of which. Would ya wanna play?"
"Cool! I’m Gardy, like, I’m a Gardevoir, yeah!" He knelt down and gave an inviting smile to the little fox. He had a super soft spot for Zorua, they were such a cute species.
-- Gardevoir... He'd never heard of one, but that made this encounter even more interesting! Surely he'd get something out of it. "I like the sound of that. Gardevoir."
Fennekin walked torwards to the Zorua, tilting her head to the side.
“—Hello,are you a Zorua?You seem cool.”
-- "Yes." He looked over the other fox with interest. He didn't know what Pokemon she was, but he took the compliment with pride. "What are you? I've never seen you before."
N crouched down to Zorua’s eye level then smiled at him, “Hey Zorua. Sorry if I— Interrupted your meal.” He said in an apologetic voice then laughed a bit halfheartedly.
-- Zorua quickly relaxed as he recognized the boy, letting out a snicker of his own. "It's okay," he chirped. "I just didn't think it was you, that's all. Did you want to play again?" He wagged his tail.
Gardy was absentmindedly walking around, humming to himself, and just barely stopped himself short from bumping into the Zorua. “Whoa, little dude! Yo, what’s up?”
-- Oh? Who was this? He'd never seen a Pokemon like him before. He cocked his head a little to one side with heightened interest. "Having a snack. What are you?" He asked. Maybe he'd try to mimic this Pokemon later.

-- Zorua's ears twitched up, the sound of footsteps disturbing him from his meal. He gave a soft huff, pushing himself up into a sitting position to address whoever was there. "Mm?"
