(( Sorry to everyone I had threads with, namely @kisaragisportsqueen and her other blogs, but I’m just not feeling Ayumi anymore. And it doesn’t seem like she wants to come back any time soon...

I love her and want to give her my best, but I just can’t do that, nor can I come close to it, it feels like. So I’m basically going to put her on an indefinite hiatus, and move her blog to my archive account.

I’ll bring this blog back if I ever get a solid muse for her again, but it doesn’t seem like that will be happening in the coming weeks.

I can still be contacted on @castermedea or any of my other RP blogs, and if you want to RP with any of my other muses, feel free to! I just don’t think I’ll be able to do much here anymore, even if I had a lot of fun while I was here.

The girl grinned, adjusting her ‘cape’ a bit as she looked down at the other girl. “This still sounds like more of a ‘you’ problem than a ‘me’ problem,” she said, crossing her bandaged arms as she looked at the smaller girl. “Do you think any of us actually care if it inconveniences the lot of you?” a few of the girls giggled while two of the boys let themselves chuckle.

“Maybe a financial insensitive might give us some motivation to not hang out here in all our free time,” she said, refusing to back down to her class representative. “Or maybe you can try to actually impress me, or something.”

You’ve got to keep strong, Ayumi. Keep your distance, and by the time they can try anything, staff will get to you before they do.

“I know you’re not probably not really interested in the coming festival, but a lot of students are, so even if it’s a slight disadvantage to you...” No, that train of logic probably wouldn’t convince these delinquents. Maybe, if Kishinuma were here, he’d know what to say, but she had insisted on coming out here alone... She regretted that, now.

“Do you guys like red beans? We can give you whatever we have left over after the festival, or even serve you some free portions while they’re still hot and fresh.”

Delinquent [Closed Starter]

“Cause I thought I lost you there…” Yoshiki went quiet for a while as he clung on to the smaller girl. His eyes still stung slightly from his all too recent tears, but he ignored it. He had worse. 

“Sh….?” Yoshiki went to question why the girl was now slowly leaning into him, but felt the realisation hit him as his shirt grew slightly wetter. His brought one of his hands, and slowly moved it down the girl’s back over and over. “I… I am sorry I left you back there.” It was more whispered then anything else, but he could feel his guilt weighing on his shoulders and had to get rid of it any way he could. 

“Actually about that… I think I hurt something when I got thrown out of the room earlier, so for now… it might be better if we just spent a little longer here.” Yoshiki wasn’t lying, his chest was burning, but he also wanted to give Ayumi some time off of her feet.

Ayumi took a few seconds to calm down, though she quickly became annoyed with herself for a few seconds after seeing the wet spot that she had on her classmate’s shirt - there was no way he wouldn’t notice that, if he hadn’t already.

“Sorry...” She said while looking to the side - making it unclear what she might be trying to apologize for, or if she even had something in mind.

She continued to look off to the side for a few more seconds before looking at Yoshiki once more, her slightly-reddened eyes shining with hope.

“Thank you for your help back there... If you hadn’t, I probably wouldn’t...” Well, she was barely conscious for most of it, so it wouldn’t have been the worst death... But she was still far too young to die - just like Kishinuma was far too young to act as if he had no future left for him.

“Anyways... If you need to rest, then we probably should. I don’t mind too much.” Actually, she was relieved to hear that she didn’t have to get back to walking so soon, though she felt a tad bit guilty for thinking of that before worrying about Yoshiki’s own condition.

Delinquent [Closed Starter]

Eyes slowly creaked opened to the surroundings, but ignored the dilapidated school for a second and focused on the small girl in front of him. Ahh… a dream… I like these dreams… His arms reached out and dragged the girl closer to him, a sound of comfort leaving his lips as he felt the girl’s warmth on his chest. 

His eyes then re-opened, performed a double take, and then he let out a yelp. 

“Sh.. Shinozaki!?” The events of not too long ago suddenly rushed back into the fore front of his mind, and everything suddenly clicked back into place. She was awake… and she seemed fine. “Sh… sh…” Tears began to collect in his eyes as he looked at the class president.

“IDIOT!” He grabbed her close, hands grabbing on the fabric of her shirt. “I… I thought I lost you here! After everything with Mayu… don’t… just…” The sobs continued for a while until the boy managed to actually get a grip and wiped away his tears with his sleeve. 

“Well… that was pretty uncool of me…”

“I’m the idiot!? You’re the one clinging onto me like I’m some kind of teddy bear!” She gave another attempt to break free of the boy’s grip, though she wasn’t able to accomplish much on her own, as her body was still recovering from her previous trial.

She stopped trying to break free after Kishinuma brought up... that and the seriousness of their entire situation sank back into the girl’s heart and mind. They could die here. At least one of their friends already HAD died here.

Ah, what would she tell Morishige if they found him?

“I’m fine, I’m fine!” she protested before going to pull the boy closer to herself. Ah shoot, I can’t let him see that I’m about to cry as well, she thought to herself as she recognized the weight growing at the corners of her eyes. It wasn’t that she was happy to be alive so much as she was grateful for her classmate’s concern. Come to think of it, had she ever seen the boy cry before?

“It’s okay... We’re okay now, I’m okay now. Just... I should be good to walk. We need to get moving, if we’re ever going to get out of here alive.”

Miyu giggled at the other girl’s words: the VIP treatment, ehh? “Well, if my friends try their hardest, there’s no way I could ever be disappointed!” she declared, winking back at Ayumi. Especially if Satoshi-kun is there to help~! She wrote down the new observations: wasn’t science supposed to be fun, not boring?

“Hmm…” she took the vial next, filling it with the new chemicals after dumping it out. “Ooo, serving beans sounds fun!” she said. “Although… if you got anything physical that needs to be done, lemme know: I can lift pretty well,” she assured, watching the now green liquid boil and smoke a little. “It’s gonna be so much fun, I’m sure…”

… Hmm…

“… Do you know what Satoshi-kun is doing to help out? I wouldn’t mind helping him out either!” that was casual enough, right?

Seeing Miyu’s enthusiasm only seemed to bolster her own optimism and excitement. It was probably silly, knowing that spirit alone wouldn’t turn the cultural festival into a blast, but without it, there wasn’t much that she could expect from the festival. Heck, maybe even Morishige and Kishinuma would be able to work together with the way things were going.

It took her a few seconds to remember to write down her own observations, though she had done it quickly enough that she didn’t miss out on recording anything important. Well, as important as a boring science experiment like this could be.

“Physical work? Any help we can get moving in the counters and moving around the tables and desks would be great.” Most of the people that were playing a large role in helping out weren’t exactly professionals when it came to moving things around - Ayumi included.

“Ah...Mochida-kun?” Ayumi took a couple of seconds to make sure she didn’t show too much surprise before giving Miyu a cheerful nod. “Mhm! He’s part of the main group of volunteers, so you should be able to see him if you help out a lot.”

First Naomi and now Miyu too...?

Delinquent [Closed Starter]

Yoshiki threw off his coat and wrapped it around her form, fighting back against the tears that were slowly rolling down his face. “Damn it…. damn it… Ayumi… come back to me damn it!” Slowly, he felt something crawling at the back of his mind. What if she dies here? What if all of this was for nothing? What if…. I kill her?

As she slowly grabbed onto him, his weeping stopped, and he forced himself to stand up. “There, there Shinozaki, I got you.” He was scared… and frightened.. but also relieved. She was alive, and damn anyone who was going to try and take her life again. 

“I know Shinozaki… here.” He laid her back down into the bed, his jacket still covering her. He slipped his hand down to her own, and held onto it tightly. “You got this…. please just do one thing for me, okay? Don’t die here…” 

His eyes remained shut as he laid there on the bed, cuddling something warm. For a moment his eyes fluttered open to reveal Ayumi’s small form in front of him. Ah… it must be a dream… this could never happen, might as well make the most of it… He stretched his arms around the girl, and pulled her close. 

It’s warm…

Warmth.... sweet warmth... It surrounded her and slowly sunk back into her body. Barely conscious, she snuggled into the heat source just a few centimeters away from her and slowly drifted back into unconsciousness.

Bit by bit, her breathing and heart rate returned to normal, and it was only a matter of time before she had completely stabilized. A while longer passed and, eventually, she opened her eyes to try and gain a sense of her bearings.

She was in the infirmary again. No, that wasn’t what was surprising, even though Kishinuma had spoken against returning to this messed up room. Her ankle felt a little sore, but that was only to be expected, after Kishinuma had accidentally... Well, she couldn’t really hold that against him - he was just trying to help.

Slowly she gained a recollection of the trial she had been forced through, how she had been locked in the infirmary when... How did she get hypothermia? At least, if she remembered correctly, she thought she had hypothermia. She seemed to be better now, but that still didn’t explain why something felt off.

Her attention shifted to the warmth that was wrapped around her. Her eyes moved to the smiling face just a short space away from her own. And after a few seconds of thought, everything clicked into place.

“Ki-Kishinuma?!” she practically shouted before straining to try and move her arms. It was probably a good thing that she couldn’t, since Yoshiki likely didn’t want to be shoved onto the floor so suddenly.

“Shinozaki-san…” She smiled weakly. Read a hundred blogs and read all those books? Even if Ayumi meant it, she knew it would never happen. That would require going home…

And only an idiot of the worst kind would ever want to come back here for any reason. “Anything… I’ll take anything if it makes me hurt less…” she admitted, before coughing blood once more. “… M… my throat is really dry…” she said quietly, suppressing tears.

She went quiet.

“… What are gonna tell Satoshi…?”

Ayumi was pleased to see that Yuka was feeling at least a bit better, in terms of hopefulness. She was sure that there had to be something, and she knew a great person person to ask first.

But her thoughts were dragged back to the present as the ghost girl began to cough again. She rested her hand on Yuka head and gently stroked her hair before rising to her feet. “Here, give me a moment...”

She left the room, but returned as quickly as she could, an opened box of tissues in one hand and a water bottle in the other. She placed both on the ground before meeting Yuka’s sad eyes and feeling her own throat and mouth turn dry.

“We...”

“We’ll tell him the truth, Yuka-chan. there’s not much else we can do...” Certainly, the two siblings would like to meet eachother once more, she thought to herself.

There was no such thing as a school without it’s bad eggs, right? Kisaragi High School was no exception. The gang of delinquents had always been around, but with Jori off suspension, they seemed to have become even more confidence. The school’s incinerator was important for the students when cleaning up the school: and with them around…

“We like it here. If we make ‘problems’ for all your little friends and the like, well, that’s just too fucking bad, I think~ Maybe if the rest of you weren’t a bunch of weak-asses you could do something about it!”

Ayumi took a few seconds to figure out how to respond to the delinquent appropriately - she didn’t want to anger her (and that wasn’t just out of fear for what she and her friends might do, but also out of genuine niceness), but she still needed to try and persuade these fellows to not hang around the incinerator all the time.

“I’m not trying to say that you guys can’t hang out around here at all, or that you can’t hand around elsewhere. Just that you can’t be here all the time, because people need to use the incinerator and they can’t when you’re in the way.”

Well, they could, but no one ever wanted to since they were worried the small gang might try and do something or mess with them.

     The spirit practically limped through the hallways, the pain burning through his body– God, why did he have to die like that? It wasn’t just painful, he would have to feel this for eternity. And, from his experience so far, it was not fun.

     He noticed the figure almost right away. Her blue hair and pigtails were easy to point out, anyways.

     “Shinozaki…? Shinozaki, is that you?”

“Mochida-kun?”

The girl’s eyes grew to be twice their usual size as she turned around and saw the blue light emanating from the boy. “Mochida....kun...” Or perhaps it would be more accurate to say that the boy and the faint blue light were one and the same.

Ayumi cringed before averting her gaze from her beloved friend. After a long two seconds of struggling to get her throat to produce any noise, she finally spoke: “Y-yes...It’s me.”

WELL

it took a few months, but i got here!!!

i would like to thank each and every single one of you for sticking around as long as you have!! i know i sometimes post a bit more OOC than i should on here, and sometimes go on brief semi-hiatuses, so it really means a lot to me! it’s been a blast writing Miyu: Corpse Party was new territory for me in terms of rp communities, especially since i’m more used to the Pokemon RP community: a very large community were people seem to join and leave every day. i’ve met some wonderful people here, and i’m happy that crossover reception for Miyu has gone good as well!!

i can’t list every singe follower, but, i’d love to give some of you a shout out! and even if you’re not on this list: you’re utterly wonderful, and chances are i’m probably following you back if you’re an RP blog

“OI! SHINOZAKI! SAY SOMETHING!” He screamed at the door, begging to hear something, anything to tell him that he girl inside was still okay. “Damn it all… looks like I got no choice.” He took a few steps back, and breathed in deep. Time and time again, he launched himself into the door. 

Even as his body ached and cried out for a break, he kept going and going. Eventually… somehow… he won. The door gave out in a final cry of splintering wood. 

“Shinozaki!” He cried out as soon as he entered, to be met with… nothing at all. Wait… what? He turned back around at the door to find it back exactly where it had been originally. He had never opened the door, whatever had locked it shut, opened it again for him to charge in. Regardless of that, he focused on the small girl currently on the floor. 

“Hey… Shinozaki… are you… no… come on… please be okay…” He cradled the girl close to him, rest his head on her own. “I can’t lose you… please come back to me…” He could feel the pressure build up behind his eyes.

The girl’s body was limp and cold, even though her heartbeat was still beating. She was breathing weakly, and though her eyes were wide open, there didn’t seem to be a trace of thought behind them.

Her weak body gave no resistance as he grabbed ahold of her and pulled her close to him. Though her body still clung to life, it seemed as if her spirit or mind had left her. A few seconds passed before her fingers gently dug into the cloth of Kishinuma’s uniform and weakly pressed down on his back.

“kish...”

A weak noise left the girl’s throat, followed by a cough. Her eyelids began to flutter open and closed before her eyes, a trace of light returned to them, focused on Yoshiki’s face.

“kishi...” she slurred, not even seeming to notice that she had only said half of the blond boy’s name.

Carefully, she leaned into his shoulder and tightened her grip on his jacket. A bit of strength seemed to return to the girl and, nearly reaching a normal volume, she made a single complaint:

“Ihs colhd.”

The girl went very quiet as Ayumi got it out of her, not fighting her and staying within her arms. She couldn’t help but wish it was Satoshi instead, but she stayed nestled in nonetheless. “Shinozaki-san…” A way to dilute her pain?

She was quiet as she listened to it all. Did she feel bitter, discontented? Yes. Absolutely. She just came to deliver an umbrella: and look at her now!

But.

“… It’s not your fault…”

She always wanted to be taken seriously, like a grown up. And… well, it’d be really immature to try to guilt her, right? She didn’t even really blame her, honestly…

… Well, maybe a tiny bit, deep down, she did.

“I-I don’t know if that’s possible… Then again, I haven’t been dead very long…” An amazingly long hour and a half so far. “Y… you’ll really help me…?”

Just hearing the girl say it... It eased Ayumi’s heart, took away some of her guilt, even if it was just a fragment of the pain she had been going through since realizing what her ‘friendly’ charm had done.

“I... I don’t know if it’s possible too, but that doesn’t mean I won’t try to find a way. I’m sure we’ll be able to come up with something, and I don’t care if I have to read every paranormal book there is or if I have to visit a hundred blogs to find it...”

She took in a deep breath before placing her hands on Yuka’s shoulders and meeting her gaze with a wide and determined smile.

“Even if we aren’t able to take away all of the pain, anything is better than nothing, right? And there’s bound to be something that can do at least that much, we just have to find it.”

“So we’ll find it.”
