I need to remember the real reason I run sometimes. It’s because I love it. I love the rush it gives me when I’m killing a workout. I love the runners high I feel at mile nine. I love to hear my feet hitting the ground in a rhythm that feels like my own heart beat. I run because I love it and nobody but yourself can make you to love anything.

Crush day 3 complete. 4.2 mile dreadmill run (resistance training with all this extra weight!), and some stretching. A nice before and after shower pic! How red is my face! Not really enjoying my green protein smoothie. It was nicer when the mango was still frozen. Pretty pleased with 4 miles.
Carrot cake oats for breakfast this morning. Made with oats, grated carrot, grated apple, mixed spice and cinnamon. Cooked with water and hemp milk and topped with peanut butter, raisins and banana. We love it!
I made granola bars from deliciously ella and they're good! Vegan and sugar free. :)
Did you ever realize how much your body loves you? It’s always trying to keep you alive. It’s making sure you breathe while you sleep, stopping cuts from bleeding, fixing broken bones, finding ways to beat the illnesses that might get you. Your body literally loves you so much. It’s time you start loving it back.

In the car post gym. Day two crush done. Well apart from I did weighted squats rather than jump squats. I don't think my pregnant pelvic floor could handle it! Shoulder presses are much harder than I thought and I couldn't do all the reps. 😭
