I love the medical alert bracelets from WhimsyKnots! They have so many different styles and colors that (while adorable) still manage to be visible and easily read! For those of us with allergies, disabilities or chronic conditions, these are a great way to stay safe (and cute) when we’re out on our own.

Every day with you I was made weak. Not in the way that Romantic teenagers Talk about love, but in the way that you belittled me, abused me, warped my views, and turned me against myself. So when I miss you, I know I am missing a part of myself; the innocence of unconditional love. But I can feel The razors edge, that is the pain, the scars, the fear, you kindly left with me, when you decided I wasn’t enough.

When you are in an abusive relationship the other person will always protect you from the outside world- only to hurt you themself. It’s why the pain is so alluring. It’s tempered with “love” and predictable, without it you are just an abusee waiting to be abused.
