kazuki and yang could be friends also if one wasn’t looking for comfort / consolation / validation(of suffering?) / acceptance of his ugliness(subjective), while another is perfectly fine with (and defined by) being a violent, inconsolable bastard and doesn’t want anyone and anything to “ fix him ” bcs for him, none of these are things that should / need / have to be “ fixed “. telling him to stop being violent / move on / be happy is telling him to reject his self, the self that he so meticulously managed to somehow pull relatively together from the crumbs he had left after being in sad places, and he won’t be having any of this bs. it’s like this one post:
