BROWN-GANDY [click photos for full size view]
Its fall season, and it happened to be one of those beautiful days when the weather is just right. Hovering the fine line between warm and cold.
This time I decided to go sans jacket (I love jackets!). I picked out a dark-burgundy knitwear I had recently got from H&M. Considering I ditched my jacket, I compensated with a long cotton scarf to add a little more warmth as I tend to get cold fast.
The knitwear and scarf were all very classic elements to the look. I added more of that with the camel Trilby hat to match with the scarf. The dark-grey denim on the other hand, provided a whole cool contemporary mix.
The wingtip suede Chelsea boots had the honor of completing the bridge between casual and classy. It was an outfit for another day in college; you just can’t over do it!
Regarding the color/shade decision: brown and burgundy really go well together, and what better way to camouflage in the falling foliage?
All in all comfort was key in putting this outfit together, as it remains one of a few fundamental ideas.
Outfit breakdown:
