How did you lose so much weight?

Stress initially caused the first round of weightloss. Once I noticed I lost 30 pounds I started intermediate fasting.

Then I dealt with the underlying issues through self work.

Like no ones mentioned it and that's fine. I know I don't have anyone who keeps that close an eye on me. But this year I lost like.. a lot of weight. A lot of the angles in my old ones are so fucking weird that it's hard to tell.

The left is before and the right is after in the same items (that went from too small to basically too big now).

I dunno why I'm sharing this exactly but here I am down 80 pounds and I know I'm still big but for rn im p into how I look in a lot of ways though psychologically weight loss is fucking weird.
