You know what I still want to know about "galaxy quest" continuity? This alien, whose official name is apparently Laliari, goes back to earth with the main cast in the end, and final scenes indicate she joins their tv show as an actress.

So how does that all work? From her perspective? Her people believed "galaxy quest" was a documentary. They didn't understand that it was fiction. But now she lives on earth and performs in the show, so she had to find out first hand that it really is all fake, and they don't really have space adventures, right? I want to know how that actually played out. How did she feel about this.

Or are they still lying to her and she thinks the filming set is for real? What's she think it means to follow a script or do re-takes? These questions always overshadowed the rest of the movie for me to be honest. I want the story of the space octopus thrust into what is not at all the life she thought she was getting into. Is she okay.
