1) Nothing can truly make me happy. It is an emotion I dare not feel, for fear of my father taking advantage of my weakness to control me. It is my duty to be emotionless, to spare all of Earth.

2) My friends are quite pleasant to be around. I feel nice when I am in their presence.

3) Protecting Earth. It is my duty, but I believe one should derive satisfaction from fulfilling one's purpose in life.

4) Meditation. It is grounding, and helps me remain calm. I think that is the closest I can get to happiness.

trigon and walter white trade parenting tips and conclude that theyre literally the best fathers to ever walk the earth. trigon tells walt that he understands why he started cooking meth completely and thinks he's doing the right thing for his family. walt sympathizes with how raven doesn't want to destroy earth with him bc his son doesn't want to be called walter jr anymore. he suggests maybe trigon should lie to raven more bc that's what keeps families together.

Re the no pickles ask, now I'm wondering if McDonald's had vegetarian options in the 80s. Just saying, if I'm going to a restaurant with Raven, I am being attentive to her needs and preferences. (Because what kind of friend wouldn't?)

I was thinking they probably did at least have vegetarian desserts, but Raven just doesn't like fast food at all so she didn't want any 😔also idk maybe raven was tagging along but she's already eaten lunch. i was just filling the prompt i didn't make up a whole backstory 😂

Imagine going to the eyedoctor with issue 2 of the terror of trigon arc. they see you for the preliminary sights and you fill out some paperwork. then they call you back to the room. you sit down in the eyedoctor chair. the door opens, and there is your doctor… demon raven

"Which is better, number one or number two?" Raven asks you. You hear a faint rustling caused by her adjusting her own glasses. You wonder where she got glasses that fit all four of her eyes.

"Uh... number one, but--"

Raven adjusts the machine. "Number one or number two?"

"Number two, but I have to ask--"

Raven adjusts the machine again, too focused on her job to pay you much heed. "Number one or number two?"

"Why are you an eye doctor? You're a demon!" you finally exclaim.

Raven pulls the machine away from your eyes. As you blink to adjust to the dim light in the office, you see she looks hurt. "I like being an eye doctor. Just because my father is a demon should not mean that I cannot pursue my passions."

You feel ashamed. "I... I guess it shouldn't."

Raven puts the machine back over your eyes. "Number one or number two?"

"Number two." you sigh, hoping this eye exam will be a quick one.
