Miss Blu I am begin you for some Game Of Thrones AU or some father!Jason and Sin!Raven AU. I need them! We, your fans, need them. I begin you.
Because of how Game of Thrones ended I do not think I will ever write that AU again, but I’m down for Father! Jason and Sin! Raven, so I hope you enjoy!
The demoness stared at the holy man from across the dinertable they were in. He was a handsome specimen of the male sex, human or not. There was a white tuff of hair that matted his forehead, his hair was curlingas it dried now that they were out of the rain, and his beautiful face was sculptedof pain and etched in lines of compassion. It had her wanting to reach out andtake the pain from him.
She smiled as she leaned back.
“This is an odd one, priest,” she mused. She had seen him, seen his soul, in another life, in the coming life, he was a warrior, protector, hunter, killer, a monster like her. But here, she could see he wasall that while also being almost saint like. He was good, always good, but itwas interesting to see him.
“Even a demon from hell deserves the Lord’s kindness andmercy,” he said simply.
“Mmm, I think Michael and Gabriel will disagree with yourstatement,” she said.
“And who is to speak for the Lord, but the Lord Himself?” heasked her. “An angel is not the Lord.”
“Interesting, you do know they are the messengers though, correct?”
“I had heard rumors,” he mused dryly.
“And what do you think of your first encounter with temptation,Father?” she asked.
“I am not tempted by you,” he drawled out levelly, his greeneyes were steady on hers. She smiled as she tasted the lie, feeling theattraction, and his intrigue.
“Well, I won’t tell God one of His devote followers is aliar if you promise not to exorcise me,” she chuckled.
“Name calling now, Father, shame, and here I was thinking wecould get along,” she teased. “I am Pride Father, I am the living embodiment ofhubris, I am well aware of mortal emotions and desires, I am designed andcreated to feed off of them,” she chuckled. “You are better off lying to anangel than a demon.”
“You are a remarkably beautiful creature, I will admit, but youare created to be wanted, to be a test, I am aware I am being tested right nowdemon,” he warned her.
“Oh, shame, the Vikings and Pegans were so much moreinteresting,” she sighed. “And more fun,” she pouted.
“Probably, but here we are, and we are not talking abouttemptation,” he warned.
“Because you totally want me, and if you weren’t a devote Catholicpriest I bet you’d give into temptation,” she chuckled.
“I think you underestimate my will power,” he mused.
“Oh, I doubt that very much Jason,” she chuckled.
“You are an odd one Rachel,” he decided. They both lookedout the window when red lightning streaked over the sky, gold electricity lacedthe clouds.
“It’s alright, mortal,” she said grabbing the priest’s handas she felt the worry rolling off of him. Jason looked at her and she smiledsoftly. “I escaped in time for the second coming it seems.”
“This is the end?” he questioned.
“No,” she whispered as they stared out the window.
“It’s another life,” she said and looked at him with a smallsmile.
“Do you ever ponder your reality? I mean truly ponder it. Whywe are the way we are, what compels us to be the things we are?”
“No, it is part of a Plan.”
“Right you are,” she chuckled. “And the Plan here is aboutto restart.”
“I doubt that God would ever just restart the world.”
“Perhaps, perhaps not, perhaps it was never His choice to beginwith.”
“Interesting thought,” he nodded.
“I do have them upon occasion,” she deadpanned.
“Do they involve mass murder or unleashing hell on earth?”he asked dryly.
“So, tell me, what do demons think about that is sointeresting. I thought you were all a self-serving lot.”
“We are, well, most of us,” she chuckled. “Not all of us arewilling to be good. As to what other demons think about, I cannot say, but Ithink about a great many things,” she promised. She thought of aquamarine eyes,a troublemaker’s smile, kisses that tasted like whiskey, and a man who smelledlike leather, gunpowder and danger, she thought of him. A different him. A himwho was more her equal, her partner, her friend, a him who was safety andacceptance. She pondered him a lot.
The sky was tearing apart and she looked at him, he lookedbaffled.
“Are you scared of me?” she asked him softly, he turned tolook at her with startled eyes.
“Never,” he whispered, she smiled as she reached forward. Hedidn’t stand a chance as she traced his jaw, and let her emotions flood him forthe first time.
“I look forward to seeing you in the next life,” she murmuredas she pressed her lips to his, the sky thundered as he yanked her into him,her body crashing over the table and into the priest, his hands were in herhair. She gasped as the kiss deepened, became more, she panted as peoplescreamed in the street, the buildings were crumbling. Her eyes fluttered shutfully as she felt this reality torn apart.
She jolted upwards in her bed, a hyena smiling as his snoutrested on her bed, and a small tail thumping.
“Yo! Rae! I know you’re here, get your lazy ass up, we haveshit to do!” he shouted and appeared in her doorway. Raven twisted to look overher shoulder at Jason who smiled a bit devilishly.
“Ugh,” she moaned as she collapsed face first into herpillow to hide her embarrassment about the kiss he didn’t know a thing about.
“Come on little bird! I have waffles!” he promised.
“Fine, I’m coming,” she grumbled as she staggered out ofbed.
“Excellent, by the way Harley said something about hyenasitting this weekend cause the Sirens are pulling a job.”
“Good, I hope they drive B batty!” he cackled.
God help her she still loved the fool.
