my dreams at night are eating me up. i don’t remember the last time i slept good for an entire week. there’s always a night where my sleep gets disturbed by the unpleasant images that roam in my head. these nightmares are becoming a hindrance to my relationship with reality. help.

today’s our first time feeding Emilio his veggies! we wanted to start him off with something not-so-sweet that way he’ll be open to eating vegetables and not get so picky with the sweets. He loved it! He was wincing quite a lot because it’s a new thing to him, but he finished his whole bowl. so so so proud of my big boy <3

... it’s crazy how things work out. i’m still trying to process everything, lol.

more than grateful for all of the supportive people around me but sometimes i still can’t help but feel alone

I wish I didn't define myself based off of my weight.. maybe that's what's wrong with me. I'm just so tired of everyone and their moms telling me how fat i am. I mean, I just had a baby :'( idk

I just want to feel good about myself. I want to feel like when I walk in the room, your attention automatically directs itself towards me because of how set apart I am from the rest of the crowd. I want to feel that you want me and only me. I want to know that even though I gained weight, you still find me as attractive as you did - day one. I want to know exactly how much it means to you that you get to hold me every single day. Is it bad that I ask of this? That along with your actions of love, come descriptive words? ... I just want to feel appreciated.. that's all.
