After 4 years of being severally depressed and some what maniac, I seek help from a psychologist, and they knew something was up so they send me to a psychiatrist ⚕️who diagnose me with Bipolar disorder type 2 , sooo yes that's accurate, my symptoms and actions are like text book, now I feel some kind of relief about knowing what's going on, I hope the medication💊 and therapy🗣️ help in some capacity 🤷🏽‍♀️
