"Damn girl, I really am not typically nice but y’know? Fuck it. Just get out of my goddamn house already, alright?"
"Oh believe me, if this were to happen on a normal day- you wouldn't be speaking right now. Waking up in some random house. I'm gone."
"I was just trying to be nice sheesh."
"Yeah, I'm sure. All of you guys are just trying to be nice, right?"
"Yeah. Uh— Need any money for a cab or something?"
"No- do I look poor? I can pay for it myself, thank you."
"Now see, that’s the thing I’m very confused about because Hunter doesn’t recognize you and neither does Isaiah and I have never seen you around before so I’ve got no clue how you got here."
"Shit."
{She sat up in bed, looking around the room.}
"Yeah, that's weird. Well it was nice meeting you, got to go."
{Getting out was the best idea. She was already seen by people as being a trouble teen movie actress, she wasn't planning on continuing that trend. And she should have been back at the boarding school anyhow.}
“You have to get up.” Zoe told Madison. “It’s already lunch time.” She muttered. “I’m gonna sing, don’t make me sing Madison.” She smiled. “Ok…John Jacob Jingle Himer Schmidt that’s my name to when ever we go out!” She sang trying to cheer the girl up.
"I don't want to get up. If I wanted to get up, I would have gotten up." When the singing started she put a pillow over her head, letting out an annoyed scream. When the singing didn't stop, Madison moved her hand slightly and the other pillow flew up and hit Zoe lightly in the face.
"You’re in my bed, sweetheart."
"Do you mind telling me how I got here exactly?"
{Madison, keep calm. Keep your anger at bay.}
"You’re in my fucking bed."
"What the---?"
"No. I don't want to get out of bed. Fuck off."

Zoe gave a small laughed at her comment then when completely silent when she thanked her. She never thought Madison would speak of that night, let alone thank her. She nodded and looked to the floor, “You’re welcome.” Not saying anything more being cautious that Madison might not want to continue the conversation.
Madison had avoided watching the news throughout the day, and hadn't heard about who died in the crash exactly. She didn't like the idea of someone thinking she frightened of someone. But she would be lying if she said that the boys didn't scare her at all. That, however, was something she would never admit to. "Did they say if anyone survived?" She looked away from Madison, taking a bite of cereal from the bowl on the countertop.

"I’m not sure you remember, but our latest attempt at fun wasn’t very… well, fun." She mused. "Maybe we should just stay here for a couple days."
"This time we could avoid houses full of disgusting guys wearing inappropriate amounts of Greek letters." She hadn't really talked about what had happened at the party since the night it happened. And even though she didn't tell her, she was thankful for Zoe. "While we're on that subject...thanks. You know, for being there."

"Please tell me you've come up with a way to entertain us. Because if I have to spend one more hour listening to Queenie and Nan sing, I will literally strangle myself."

"Do I know you?"
"Isn’t that the truth? All guys wind up being the same."
She replied with a short laugh before taking a bite of her food. Closing her eyes, Frances moved her hand and made the coffee pot levitate before pouring herself a mug and adding cream as soon as she sat the pot back on it’s burner. Floating the mug over to herself she took a sip and sighed.
"So, how is the new girl adjusting to being here? I haven’t met her yet."
"Well, can you blame them? How does that saying go? Boys will be boys. Men have always been taught they can do what they want, when they want- with whomever they want. But one day they'll learn, someone will teach them. And I pray all of them learn the hard way."
{The new girl wasn't too bad. She had been with her at the party, had gone after the guys as they left. Madison couldn't complain about her.}
"Fine. Aside from her horrible choice in clothing, she's not all that bad."
"For some reason I don’t believe you."
"That sounds like a personal problem."
That’s what happens in a crisis.

"Did you have something to do with that bus crash?"
"Me? Of course not."
“I heard how you were at their frat party, Madison.”
Frances body screamed at her to say but she could sense something was up. Taking a bite of a bagel she had grabbed from the cupboard she spread a bit of jam on it before taking a bite.
"—-I guess so. Most frat guys are just pretentious little pricks that are after one thing."
"Really? Because I was out with Zoe. Frat parties aren't my scene. Attract scum bags and low lifes in all forms."
{She shouldn't have went in the first place, but she found herself there anyway. Never thinking of the possibility that one of the guys could actually hurt her. She was strong, the thought hadn't even crossed her mind.}
"Aren't all guys? Useless and driven by the extra appendage between their legs."
