i am being so real right now when i tell you that all of my friends and i went to see the mario movie last night dressed up as different characters. (i was peach, my best friend was mario, three of us were toads in different colors, we had a luigi, a bowser, a king boo, a turtle, a daisy, a yoshi, a waluigi, and a rosalina!!!) there weren’t enough seats for us to sit together at the imax so we rented out the ENTIRE ROW OF CUDDLE COUCHES IN THE VERY FRONT.

just a bunch of goofy teenage girls dressing up in costume to see a movie of a fandom we adore and all crashing together in the front row and sharing snacks and laughing at the funny parts and whispering to each other about the things we noticed from older games that we recognized. also the music. we adored the music.

we were the coolest people there btw
