quick lil name/pronoun update

hi friends, mutuals, and readers! as you may have seen, i've been, uh, real deep in the gender feels recently. i've decided to try out a new name (because kj was a somewhat emergency pick when I desperately wanted a gender neutral a few years ago and it's stuck because... i hate change. but also, i feel zero connection to the name, so I want to try something different) and new pronouns (because they/them have never felt quite right and i'm realizing my gender might be more male-aligned than i really allowed myself to consider before so:

please use Kit & they/he pronouns going forward

The key to writing good fanfiction is to harbor a deeply humiliating desire, and the trick there is that even pretty basic and societally-accepted desires like “being held” and “being wanted” CAN and WILL be humiliating if they’re intense enough. Become so estranged from human connection that the idea of someone playing with your hair fills you with yearning so deep you feel like you’re going to throw up and you will write some banger fanfiction. It might have some other consequences too but idrk about that.
