I know we’re only one week into January but I’m already done with everything.

Here's what you can and cannot do under Quebec's COVID-19 curfew
Legault expects homeless people to adhere to the curfew (or get arrested) but shelters are saying they're out of space. If anyone has the time to look for Quebec shelters' donation pages please link them. It's wintertime and there's a foot and a half of snow outside and ice everywhere. These folks need a place to say and a disproportionate number of them are Indigenous.
Dragged myself out and did a 10KM walk. That makes it 17KM (10.5 miles) total for the week.

i did some exercising earlier today, and somehow my mood worsened. it’s just before midnight now and im sitting here thinking i shouldn’t have made it to 2021. I can understand that statement could be triggering - I lost so many people I cared about last year. not trying to minimize or downplay all the losses we’ve had. just expressing what’s on my mind. i dont know why i was suddenly struck with insomnia and depression, but there rarely is a causation is there?
maybe i just really miss being around people pretending to be my friend. this past year i was stuck with only myself to talk to.and the only thing my mind ever wants to talk to me about is all the screw ups ive ever made. maybe being around 2-faced people was better?
anyway, nothing i can do about that. i have a migraine, im depressed, i can’t sleep, im stressed, and i live alone. i need to find something to change my mood around.
It’s been several days, I think I can safely say my insomnia is back
