Fun fact! Snappers toes are flexible enough to where if they really wanted to they could stand like this, though it would be very inefficient

This is why some Snappers clip their claws very short, this is usually Snappers that travel short distances quickly rather than ones that walk long distances, the ones that walk long distances use their long claws to put less strain on the rest of their legs, though this causes a very slow gait and they are usually ambush predators rather than pursuit predators, pursuit predator snappers look more like this

Most of the Snapper drakes ive drawn have been kinda mid for Snapper beauty standards so ive decided to draw an example of an extremely unattractive Snapper (left) and an extremely attractive Snapper (right) drake, most Snappers will have a mix of attractive and unattractive traits, it is extremely unlikely that you will see a Snapper that looks exactly like either one of these and all Snappers have preferences... some might think the pale colors look nicer than the bold ones or like less sharp looking face plates, but generally Snapper society considers the left ugly and the right like supermodel beautiful.
