alright so here is a life update that ties into some blog updates...

about a week ago, i went to my first ever nonemergency doctor’s appointment. after some discussion, i have gone on meds. unfortunately, i have been fighting off a cold, but for the most part, i feel so much better already. i am starting to get more energy, which means more time to do the things i enjoy.

which brings me to blog update: i am going to archive! i plan on rewriting nikki’s verses to better write stories. i am not chronologically locked, so if we want to write stories from 2012, 2015, etc, we totally can. i am going to be a little more flexible with kayfabe, as well.

i am also going to take my old brandi blog and repurpose it as a sideblog multimuse. brandi will be joined by dr. britt and the first lady of slamtown, taya.

right now i just imagine nikki at home in bed, with a glass of wine, sending horribly inappropriate texts to all of our partners. that’s where my muse is at currently. playing the “i’m going to enjoy being retired” game. give her a few days. or just enjoy the random things she sends you.

 his  back  against  the  cool  concrete  wall,  his  hand  massaged  his  temples  ( a  steady  thrumming  behind  his  eyes )  until  the  burning  gaze  of  someone  became  too  much  to  bear.  " something  on  your  mind–? “  he  snipped  as  his  glance  cut  up  and  found  nikki.  there  was  a  subtle  shift  in  him,  standing  a  bit  taller  as  he  eyed  her  from  his  position.  ” or  is  this  just  where  the  mistreated  and  under-utilized  end  up? “

       how DESPERATE did it come off, that nikki bella was constantly backstage at every television event, every live event, but hadn’t been granted a MOMENT of time since europe? no one would say it, not to her FACE, which was smart. but even she had to consider how it REALLY looked –– like she couldn’t move on. ( which wasn’t true –– she’d toured with dwts, plus the twins had launched their own wine label, a clothing empire, and now a beauty line, what COULDN’T they do? ...well, get time to wrestle, apparently. ) 

her own expression SOURS at his words. but only because she can see the truth woven in each syllable. “ oh yeah, you START out back here –– then suddenly your dressing room is a broom closet and you’re told you’re just an AMBASSADOR to the company. then you just start lurking around and hope that you’ll get some ring time again. ” her arms CROSS, it’s almost easier to just joke about it, act like it doesn’t bother her any.
