in  florence  ,  italy  where  we  lay  our  scene.                           ⇢ 

for  years  the  city  of  florence  has  been  plagued  by  the  destruction  of  two  prosperous  warring  families.  the  giordano’s  and  the  lombardi’s.  they  painted  the  streets  red  and  blackened  the  hearts  of  common  folk.  turning  neighbor  to  enemy  ,  forcing  all  but  the  ruling  family  ,  the  bianchi’s  ,  to  choose  a  side.  the  two  beleaguered  their  city  for  far  too  long.  and  as  hope  to  end  the  strife  lessened  with  each  passing  night  ,  the  king  himself  dared  to  make  the  first  move.

in  hopes  of  uniting  the  giordano’s  and  lombardi’s  to  prevent  florence  from  being  conquered  by  it’s  powerful  neighbors  ,  their  eldest  heirs  were  ordered  to  wed  by  the  royal  family’s  decree  to  ensure  peace  be  kept  in  their  home.  an  announcement  of  their  engagement  is  soon  to  be  made  to  the  public  ,  but  there  is  no  true  way  to  predict  how  the  opposing  sides  will  react.

imperialhq  is  an  original  character  period  subplot  rp  taking  place  in  1426  inside  the  beautiful  city  of  florence  ,  italy  ,  where  the  destruction  of  two  prosperous  warring  families  has  beleaguered  their  home  for  far  too  long  and  is  causing  neighboring  royal  families  to  see  the  weakened  hold  the  king  and  queen  have  over  their  own  people.  in  order  to  stop  the  rivalry  ,  the  king  has  declared  a  royal  decree  that  eldest  of  both  houses  must  wed.
