Going to Mass Effect after months of Dragon Age
SPORTS ANIME
Don't let witchcraft erase who you are
Don’t become dependent on tarot readings to make decisions
Don’t feel like the day is ruined if you left the house without drawing your card for the day
Don’t feel helpless if you can’t figure out a spell to help
Don’t rely on witchcraft alone to improve your relationships
Don’t forget how to speak out because you can hex at home
Don’t forget how to be confident without a candle spell
Don’t forget to discover for yourself because there are so many free resources online
Don’t get panicky if you can’t explain it with your new beliefs
Don’t lose your friends because they don’t understand the new you
Don’t avoid going out with friends so you can buy more herbs and candles instead
Don’t give up your other hobbies to practice endless energy work or divination
Don’t neglect your job or studies to read witchcraft books instead
Don’t ask yourself ‘what would a witch do’. Ask yourself, ‘what would I do’.
Witchcraft is an enhancement to life, not a replacement for life.
And do not…DO NOT…rely on healing magic as a replacement for therapy, medication, or medical treatment!
Cannot count how many questions I get asking for spells of that sort. I’ve gotten dizzy from shaking my head so often.
Microwave Oven
My group is playing a game of Atomic Highway now. The Healer is the only one important to this story, but with them are a few other people, such as a Robot Pit Fighter. We had just killed a few guys and forgotten about them when a mysterious man came out of the woods and talked to us. After he left, the Healer remembered that one of the bodies remained unsearched.
Healer: I want to loot the body GM (Me): Okay. Roll Senses/Scavenge to find something. Healer: *rolls* 3 successes. GM: Cool. You get 5 crossbow bolts, clothing and… *rolls on scavenging table to see what else they had* A… *starts laughing uncontrollably* Apparently, this man *laugh* has been carrying around a *laugh* microwave oven. *Table starts laughing* Robot: Can I install it in my gut? GM: Sure. Why not?
Sadly, the group elected to put their new prize in the car instead.

A blonde and a lawyer are seated next to each other.
A blonde and a lawyer are seated next to each other on a flight from LA to NY.
The lawyer asks if she would like to play a fun game? The blonde, tired, just wants to take a nap, politely declines and rolls over to the window to catch a few winks. The lawyer persists and explains that the game is easy and a lot of fun.
He explains, “I ask you a question, and if you don’t know the answer, you pay me $5.00, and vice versa.”
Again, she declines and tries to get some sleep. The lawyer, now agitated, says, “Okay, if you don’t know the answer you pay me $5.00, and if I don’t know the answer, I will pay you $500.00.”
This catches the blonde’s attention and, figuring there will be no end to this torment unless she plays, agrees to the game. The lawyer asks the first question. “What’s the distance from the earth to the moon?”
The blonde doesn’t say a word, reaches into her purse, pulls out a $5.00 bill and hands it to the lawyer. “Okay” says the lawyer, “your turn.”
She asks the lawyer, “What goes up a hill with three legs and comes down with four legs?” The lawyer, puzzled, takes out his laptop computer and searches all his references, no answer. He taps into the air phone with his modem and searches the net and the library of congress, no answer. Frustrated, he sends e-mails to all his friends and coworkers, to no avail.
After an hour, he wakes the blonde, and hands her $500.00. The blonde says, “Thank you,” and turns back to get some more sleep. The lawyer, who is more than a little miffed, wakes the blonde and asks, “Well, what’s the answer?” Without a word, the blonde reaches into her purse, hands the lawyer $5.00, and goes back to sleep.
Yooooooooooo now THIS is the kind of blonde jokes I’m about

In Which Diversity Isn't a Myth
Ok. I’m tired of the typical vampire, werewolf and fairy.I’m also tired of the occidental-centrism in mythology. Hence, this list.
I tried to included as many cultural variants as I could find and think of. (Unfortunately, I was restricted by language. Some Russian creatures looked very interesting but I don’t speak Russian…) Please, add creatures from your culture when reblogging (if not already present). It took me a while to gather all those sites but I know it could be more expansive. I intend on periodically editing this list.
Of note: I did not include specific legendary creatures (Merlin, Pegasus, etc), gods/goddesses/deities and heroes.
