being a young adult around older adults is really annoying because when you’re a kid you’re impressive somehow but when you’re an adult you’re, like, the dog. everyone kinda talks about you like you’re so cute and pathetic and you understand that they like you but also you’re running around at the park and they’re watching you.

I feel like the dog a lot and I hate when that happens. I hate doing an activity and then coming to the horrifying realization that I’m the only one in the whole group that wanted to do the thing and is enjoying themselves. I would rather have no fun in a large group than be the only person having fun in a large group. Like what you’re taking me to the park so I can sniff shit piles and you can check twitter on your phone?

I keep getting ads for tiktok on my youtube and they’re always for videos of stuff that is like nonsense. Like a guy counting coins or someone filling a container with soap. why is this your best content to put in an advertisement? this doesn’t incentivize me to redownload tiktok because Im reminded on how much boring mind numbing content there is.

but maybe mind numbing is what people want the most. who cares about art or flavor or creativity when we can have numbness
