I have ADHD, OCD, MDD, BPD and a few other things that make me extremely reclusive and anxiety filled, which can lead me to not respond to things for a while/dissapear from the internet out of fear/exhaustion. hey you all!

I'll likely be taking a small break from posting and/or extending the amount of time I'll be taking between posts to 3-4 days!

To simply put it: I'm doing this because my mental health has recently decided to decline rapidly- and I know that if I continue posting as consistently and as rapidly as I've been doing that I'll likely further burn myself out and become worse.

don't get me wrong, I love posting to you all!! I love talking to you all, I love seeing your comments and I love sharing my love for my interests, but for the sake of keeping myself stable: I think that this is the best course of action!
