first fast after binging for a week is going well!! this is definitely gonna be my longest so far since i’m about to sleep and hopefully ill study until dinner tomorrow to distract myself.

feeling pretty proud of myself because i was offered food so many times today (even my favourite pizza) but i still said no because no food is worth staying this weight forever
