Where are my party people?!! ok so I have been getting allot of asks and dms about you guys struggling financially and i thought i have to make a post for you guys on how to generate wealth. I kind of have been sitting on this technique for a while and i genuinely think it is one of the most practically useful things you can do with a vedic chart.
It is not something like "jupiter in the 2nd means rich" I will be telling you exactly how YOUR money comes in. I have also made it very detailed so it is very beginner friendly.
No AI has been used to write this post!
Before anything, make sure you have a sidereal (Lahiri ayanamsa) chart with whole sign houses. I use astro-seek.com. Pull up the chart, click "Nakshatras" for the full nakshatra table, and also view the Chara Karakas panel. You need both.
2. FIND YOUR AmK, THE INCOME PLANET
This is the Amatyakaraka (AmK). In BNN, this is the single most important planet for career and income. It is the planet with the SECOND highest degree within its sign, after the Atmakaraka (AK).
Look at every planet's degree within its sign (not total degrees, just the degree within the sign). Rank them highest to lowest. The planet with the highest degree is the AK (soul). The planet with the SECOND highest degree is the AmK (your income planet).
Example: If your degrees within sign are Sun 22, Mars 19, Jupiter 16, Moon 14, Saturn 12, Venus 7, Mercury 4, then AK is Sun and AmK is Mars.
Note: Do not consider Rahu or Ketu that is north and south nodes when checking degrees since they are not considered planets.
3. BNN HOUSE COUNT FROM AmK
This is the core BNN technique. You treat your AmK planet as if it were your Lagna (ascendant) and count houses FROM it. No need to use the actual ascendant for this part.
Count these three houses from your AmK:
2nd from AmK = HOW WEALTH ACCUMULATES
This sign and its planets show the mechanism through which money builds up in your life. What sign is it? What planets are in it?
9th from AmK = YOUR FORTUNE AND LUCKY BREAKS
This is where your luck in career ACTUALLY comes from. The sign and planets here describe the circumstances that bring unexpected windfalls, opportunities, and those "how did I get so lucky" moments.
11th from AmK = YOUR GAINS AND SOCIAL WEALTH NETWORK
This shows where your sustained, recurring income comes from. It also shows who in your network brings you material gain.
These three houses, read together with their signs and any planets in them, give you the full picture of your wealth pathway.
Also note:
10th from AmK = your career status and public recognition
6th from AmK = how you earn through service or competition
8th from AmK = hidden or unexpected income, inheritance, transformation-based wealth
The nakshatra your AmK sits in is the single most specific clue about HOW wealth comes to you. Each nakshatra has a deity, a symbol, and a purpose that directly translates into the type of activity through which this person generates income.

Regardless of everything above, find Jupiter in your chart and note: what house is it in from the Ascendant? What house is it in from the AmK? What nakshatra is Jupiter in?
Jupiter is also the natural Dhana Karaka (wealth significator). When Jupiter is in the 2nd, 5th, 9th, or 11th from the AmK, wealth flows generously and with the force of dharma behind it. These are some of the most blessed wealth placements possible.
When Jupiter is retrograde, the wealth comes in an inward, non-linear way. Often the person has to build internally through skill, wisdom, and depth before the external wealth follows. But when it does follow, it is lasting.
When Jupiter aspects the 2nd or 11th house of the natal chart, this is a classical Dhana Yoga. Wealth through dharmic means.
The Arudha Lagna (AL) is the point that shows your public image, how the world perceives you, and how material reality manifests. You can find it on astro-seek under "Arudha Lagna." This is also present on the sidereal page on the website.
For wealth specifically, look at the 2nd from AL, which is your publicly visible accumulated wealth or what others see you having, and the 11th from AL, which is your public gains and social financial network. What planets are in these positions?
Benefics such as Jupiter, Venus, unafflicted Moon, and Mercury in the 2nd and 11th from AL indicate visible, growing public wealth.
Malefics such as Saturn, Mars, and Rahu or Ketu in these positions indicate that wealth exists but may be hidden, delayed, or come through harder means.
This is WHY some people have a lot of money but do not look like it (malefics in 2nd from AL) and some people look wealthy but are not (a misleading appearance from 2nd from AL).
8. THE SPOUSE WEALTH CHECK (DK in BNN)
The Darakaraka (DK), which is the planet with the LOWEST degree within its sign among the seven karakas, represents the spouse. In BNN:
Look at where the DK falls relative to the AmK:
DK in the 1st, 2nd, or 11th from AmK means the spouse is a DIRECT source of wealth and income. DK in the 9th from AmK means the spouse brings luck and fortune in career. DK conjunct AK, meaning the same sign as the soul planet, means the spouse is deeply karmically chosen and directly tied to the soul's prosperity.
Also check: Is the DK planet in the 2nd or 7th house of the natal chart? This is a classical indicator that the spouse contributes significantly to financial status.
Uttara Phalguni on the DK (Aryaman deity of contracts and patronage) means the spouse brings wealth through social connections and alliances.
Rohini on the DK means the spouse is a natural abundance magnet. Whatever they touch tends to prosper.
9. RAHU AS THE WEALTH AMPLIFIER (Check Rahu/North node as well)
Rahu is the planet of material desire, amplification, and unconventional paths. Wherever Rahu sits, it obsesses and expands.
When Rahu is in the 2nd, 6th, 10th, or 11th house from the natal ascendant, wealth through non-traditional, foreign, or innovative means is strongly indicated. This is called the Upachaya placement of Rahu and it gets stronger with time.
When Rahu is in the 2nd or 11th from the AmK, the career has an amplifying, potentially viral quality. Income can come suddenly in large amounts, often through technology, foreign elements, or unconventional fields.
Rahu in the 10th from AmK means the career becomes widely known, reaches many people, and often grows through digital or modern platforms.
10. PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER: A QUICK EXAMPLE
Let's say someone has: AmK is Mars in Taurus, Rohini Pada 3 (Moon navamsha), in the 2nd house. 2nd from AmK is Gemini with Jupiter in Ardra nakshatra. 9th from AmK is Capricorn with Moon in Shravana nakshatra. 11th from AmK is Pisces, empty but ruled by Jupiter. Rahu is in the 11th house of the natal chart.
AmK Mars in Taurus and Rohini: Wealth through beauty, luxury, land, food, creative arts. Rohini is the most prosperous nakshatra, so wealth is essentially in the design of this person's career.
2nd from AmK, Gemini with Jupiter in Ardra: Accumulated wealth through communication, knowledge, possibly technology. Jupiter in Ardra adds a quality of transformative knowledge. Think someone who communicates deep or difficult truths, or works in research-based tech.
9th from AmK, Capricorn with Moon in Shravana: Fortune comes through listening, media, or disciplined emotional work. Lucky breaks come through patient, disciplined effort.
11th from AmK, Pisces: Gains come through spiritual, creative, or healing fields. Jupiter ruling it means dharmic gains.
Rahu in 11th: Gains are amplified and potentially viral or reaching large audiences over time.
Reading: This person makes money through beauty, luxury, or creative arts. They build accumulated wealth by teaching, writing, or communicating difficult knowledge. Their lucky breaks come through disciplined emotional work or media. Their gains eventually come through spiritual or healing fields. Over time, their reach grows large.
Does that give a specific picture? Yes. Does it require the person to know their rising sign first? No. You just need the AmK. That is the beauty of BNN.
This technique does not tell you WHEN wealth arrives. That requires dasha analysis, specifically Vimshottari dasha and the activation of relevant planets. But it tells you the WHY and HOW with precision.
What I love about BNN for wealth is that it does not ask "is this person going to be rich." It asks "what is the specific shape of this person's wealth and how does it flow to them." That is so much more useful.
Also: The nakshatra analysis above is not a rigid prescription. A person with AmK in Hasta does not have to be a surgeon. They could be a data analyst, a craftsperson, a healer of any kind, or a trader with precise instincts. The nakshatra is the QUALITY of the energy, not the specific job title.
The chart always speaks in the language of metaphor. Your job is to translate it into the language of modern life.
