What is a 'flat white' coffee :/

A ‘Flat White’ coffee is a small coffee drink, prepared with a double shot (if small), a triple shot (if a regular) or a quad shot (if large). Most places only have one size for the Flat White, which is a regular. 

Microfoam is poured into the espresso and is usually finished off with some pretty funky latte art on top to show how awesome a drink this is. As there’s a smaller coffee to milk ratio, the espresso seems to come out more as you drink it, rather than the milk being the main focus (such as in a latte). 

They are heavenly. A relatively light roast of coffee is typically used, which gives the Flat White a more distinct taste. :)
