InCase.11: Source Curated by Intercession: Tiyana Francesca Pentland Alexander Small Pauline Wood InCase goes OutCase. Source is a collaborative trip, and you’re invited! In an attempt to find the source of the River Nene, Intercession Gallery will provide free transportation to Badby Wood where we can walk, talk and search for the mythic nine - the nine springs that are said to be the origin of Northampton’s much loved abiding river. Drawing materials, cameras, packed lunch are all recommended or perhaps you’d just like the time to wander and take in the stunning ancient woodland. Join us on this journey on Wednesday 5th June leaving from Intercession gallery at 9.15am and returning at 2pm. We are hiring a minibus and driver and there will be a pub stop. Accompanying this event there will be an exhibition running from the 5th - 12th June, and an exclusive publication that will be given out on the minibus. Places are limited to just 13 so if you would like to come along please sign up during the private view of Bursting with Long Lasting on Saturday 11th May or email [email protected] We sincerely regret that there is no wheelchair access. The InCase project continues at Intercession Gallery and for its 10th incarnation artist Sam P. Gibson has been invited to curate the 86 x 112 x 3.5cm cabineted space. InCase.10: Weapon of Choice will be showing alongside Sense of Place a group exhibition by Juliet Bankes, Jayne Corfield and Elaine Elcoat. Come along and see the two shows at the private view on Thursday April 4th 6-9pm - refreshments will be offered. The exhibitions run until Sunday 28th April at the open times listed or indeed appointments are welcome. These are FREE, non-ticketed events. All Welcome.
