Clive Barker wrote Hellraiser (The Hellbound Heart) and Candyman (The Forbidden). His short story The Body Politic was adapted in the tv movie Quicksilver Highway starring Christopher Lloyd. The Midnight Meat Train featuring Bradley Cooper was originally a short story Clive Barker wrote of the same name. Dread - another of his short stories - was made into a movie starring Jason Rathbone of Twilight Fame.

He's one of the kings of horror.

Clive Tarker was not a joke. He was an homage, and I don't like that I keep seeing text posts making him out to be Haha Funny just because they don't recognize the name Clive.

I haven't been able to find the 1992 version of Candyman on youtube because there was a remake recently, but I have added links to Quicksilver Highway and Hellraiser to the comments on this post. :)

If anyone is able to find the others, please comment the links. I'd love for people to be able to expand their knowledge of classic horror through the option of watching the movies themselves.
