When the Comio P1 surprised everyone with its pricing, one of the biggest questions users had was, with so much packed in, would the phone be actually able to deliver performance? After all this latest android phone had it all covered, a 5000 mAH battery, 3 GB RAM, the works. So only actual performance was the question.
As it turns out, the phone does perform. Thanks to its quad core processor, clocking in at 1.3 GHz, the processor pretty much ensures that the Comio P1 continues to surprise you, well after you have brought it for its sub 10K price. So just what does the processor do that makes the phone run so well?

To start with, its useful to understand just what a quad core actually means. With numbers ranging from single to Octa Core or eight cores currently, its key to understand just what 4 in the Comio means. Each processor is like a CPU, or central processing unit. So ideally, the higher the number of cores or CPU’s, the faster the smartphone. Except that too much can also be a drain on the battery, or be a case of mismatched specs. For example, a hexacore or an octa core on a phone with 3GB ram is a waste. They would work much better on a 4GB to 6GB RAM phone. The Comio P1 on the other hand, balances out demand and supply for speed very nicely with its Quad Core, married with its 3 GB RAM and 32 GB memory.
Extra cores also mean higher power consumption, so adding on becomes a decision to think over. Comio’s massive 5000 mAH powerhouse means that the quad cores powering it run for that much longer without needing a recharge. Linked to battery consumption is of course the tendency to generate heat, again something the Comio P1 gets around very well with its balanced power demands.
Finally, the software matters. An extra core or higher clock speed is all a waste, if the software running it all is outdated. The Comio P1, which comes with the very recent Android Nougat version, has this covered, ensuring a great performance for users.
