Very, very temp character creator
I haven’t had much time to work on it tonight, although you can now select your starting weapon (kind of. It still generates a random instance of that weapon like it has been doing, I haven’t implemented the “reasonable weapon” limitation for starting weapons yet). But I think I should show a quick mockup of the system at the moment.
Class and Culture don’t function yet, everything else does. If you select a race, it gives you a description, but it’s just copy/pasted from like… 2-year-old writeups for the setting so it’s kind of really out of date at the moment. That’ll be fixed at some point though. There is also currently no stat display, so that’s fun. It’s entirely possible that I’ll end up doing a small multi-screen thing instead of trying to have it all fit in one spot.
I also think I’m going to add clubs to the roadmap for Pre-Alpha 3, as they can probably just share Hatchet animations for the time being.
