An Overview:
The Bohemian style of clothing has been around for more than two hundred years. When it first came about, this clothing choice was known as a risky alternative to what was accepted during that time period. People who adorned themselves in this style were normally writers, artists and intellectuals. It is a perfect mixture of different ethnic cultures with some historical costume and a little bit from the Gypsy. The clothing is well known to be rather loose fitting and is very colorful; this has also been referred to as Boho Chic. For most people of this style, they also are easy to spot in a crowd because they have long hair and all kinds of fabrics are used. In retrospect this shows another culture that is all about being creative, dealing with poverty and an obvious difference to the standard traditions and or structures.
