do u have a Big Purple Pussy Wussy
I was having a good day. We were all having a good days.
The not-so-mysterious sake-placer returns to the scene of the 'crime' to find the sake bottle gone/ Unsure if this is a good sign or not, she decides to just go for it, taking a step up onto the bridge.
LOUD SNARLING.
Mysteriously, a bottle of high-grade sake has been left at the foot of the bridge nearest to the Ancient City. How'd that get there?
Oh, look at that. One swipe of a giant âgatorâs tail has sent it flying into the distance. What a shame and a waste of good sake.
Marisa is going to use this as an opportunity to sneak past Parsee.
You probably should not try that.
>If you need her, sheâs just gonna be curling up with her new big ass demonâgator friend Leviathan. No oni allowed.
*The Sign says no Oni allowed. Cirno is not an Oni, So Cirno is allowed in, just look at her follow.*

âHowâm I not supposed to feel bad afterâ mmrrgh. I didnât.. I didnât think youâd hear me. I mean, that doesnât excuse it but.. sorry, Parsee.â
All the âsorryâs in Former Hell couldnât make Yuugi feel less like an asshole.
âYouâre not supposed to feel bad because itâs a hypothetical question, idiot.â
You know, I get it--I understand it--I even think itâs really noble of her to think all that--but, but somehow--â
â...It really hurts.â
inescapableinvidia replied to your post â(Scissor) Parsee or Suikaâ
ââŠMm. I donât blame you.â
âParsee Iâ itâs justâ you know I wouldnât let either of you die if I could help itâŠâ
âWould you relax? I said I didnât blame you. Logically, of course youâd save your friend.â
That didnât mean it didnât make her burn with jealousy. Just that she understood.Â
*Buries Parsee in Zubats*
Not even surprised at this point.Â

Yuugi had said yes!Â
It had taken some prodding--especially after the apparent oni had revealed her secret so selflessly--but Parsee had managed to get her to agree to a dinner. It was the very least she could provide after the woman had guided her out of those woods and kept her protected.Â
And with this, perhaps she could convince others that the oni werenât as awful and barbaric as many claimed. It would be a step in the proper direction!Â
She held tight to Yuugiâs hand as she pulled her along toward Mizuhashi-samaâs abode, brown hair tousled from her adventures.Â
âYou will not regret it!â She assured her friend, tossing her shoes to the entrance and making sure Yuugi did the same, pulling the oni into the large home. âThis will be a good step! My fiance, he will see that the oni are good. You will have a nice meal and a safe rest.âÂ
She faced the blonde haired woman with a smile that hurt her cheeks.Â
âIs that not exciting?â

Yuugi breathed out a sigh of relief. Parsee hadnât been injured, and thatâs what was important.
Honestly, Yuugi didnât much care if there was such a rule â not that there was. She was, after all, the one who was technically in charge down here. At least within the confines of the City. Plus, these things filtered out, and they were, to a small extent, healing springs. Plenty of oni would come in here after a bout just to relax and rejuvenate. They werenât extremely powerful, but they would remove the pain fro ma bruise or clear out a bloodied wound just fine.
âFor nothing, huh? Mmmph. Iâll agree to disagree with you there, Parsee.â As the demon shifted closer, Yuugiâs arm resting on the rim twitched, curling in slightly. âI couldnât help but panic, you know? Iâll handle things betterâ..â She didnât want to say next time, so she simply trailed off. Instead, she watched Parsee pour more water onto her wound, rivulets of blood and black mixed with spring-water running down her body into the spring before swirling and disappearing.
âYeah, I mean, I guess. But they still bit me. They were kind of asking to get punched.â She rotated her free handâs wrist, cracking her knuckles as she watched Parseeâs expression change. âHmmm.. I mean, maybe. Thatâs sort of spooky, huh? It could also just be Kisume and Yamame. You know, the two that live near the entrance. Theyâre a pretty curious little duo.â
Her voice became lower and softer as she watched Parsee, seeing her eyes start to droop. With the demon now leaning against her, Yuugi fought to keep a blush from rising to her cheeks â and failed. At least she could blame it on the heat. Her gaze stubbornly remained above shoulder-height, which was actually easier now that Parseeâs body was turned.
The question threw her off-guard, and she lifted the arm that had started to drop down to wrap around Parsee away. The laughter made her frown ,and thought Parsee was drowsy, she could tell it was a serious question. Turning her head away, she closed her eyes and breathed in, thinking.
âNo, love definitely shouldnât do that,â she immediately agreed, first and foremost. âIâ sure, I mean, Iâve felt love before.. romantic, platonic. Thatâs just.. normal.â She reached up, scratching behind one of her own ears. âAs for what itâs like.. that can sort of vary from person to person, so this is just my experience talking. Itâs like.. wanting to be with someone as much as you can but also respecting their boundaries, their limitations. Wanting someone to be yours but also remembering they have agency over themselves.â She paused, chuckling.
âI can be a little bad at that sometimes. Itâs, to me, protecting someone, even if you know they can handle themselves. Helping them, making sure they know that theyâre important.. both to you and just.. you know.. in general. Being able to talk with them and have fun and just⊠be.â
Yuugi paused again, huffing softly. âIâm rambling a little bit but.. does any of that make sense?â
Yuugiâs low voice was soothing, lulling. Parsee felt safe, despite everything that had happened. Maybe getting fished out a river by a friend willing to punch demonic creatures in the face for you made it easy to feel like that.Â
Yuugi kept talking and suddenly there was wet warmth behind her eyes, stinging with salt. Parsee blinked and the tears rolled down, silent and--a little cathartic, honestly. Parsee had never felt something similar; sheâd never been allowed to, really.Â
Oh, but you protected her once, didnât you?Â
Her lips parted on a breath.Â
Even after seeing her strength, you still told her to wait, to hide from the village.
...She had, hadnât she? How strange. Maybe that was how platonic love worked? Parsee wasnât sure. Even as a human sheâd been sheltered, unaware of the finer workings of emotions and the navigation thereof. Reduced to a demon warped by a single one, well, that left her with very little to go one.Â
Yuugi was so much older, had experienced so much more.Â
âHow...wonderful.â Her voice wavered into a whisper as her head dropped, resting against the bigger body. âIt makes me a little jealous...âÂ
Her eyes closed and Parsee welcomed the rush of sleep.

Yuugi stretched her legs out ahead of her, sighing as she reclined. The bite on her shoulder was the worst wound but not the only one. There was another bite on her leg above her shackle, and various other smaller bites and scratches from the determined, hungry gators. The pain was seeping out of all of them, though, the longer she kept them underwater.
Cracking an eye open at the question, she looked to Parsee and shook her head. âNah, not anymore. Itâs not any worse than anything Iâve felt before, so.â She waved her hand dismissively in the air. âDonât worry about it.â
Dipping her hand into the water, she scooped up a handful and splashed it on the wound, letting the blood and black gunk trickle out. She watched it idly for a moment before looking back to Parsee. âThey didnât get you anywhere,  did they? Are you.. feeling alright after all that? You werenât underwater a long time, but you were really out of it for a little bit there..â
âNo, they didnât bite me.âÂ
Parsee shrugged, watching the wound as it cleared. It was probably against the rules to dirty hotspring water with the foul emotion that lingered in the river, but Parsee suspected that the spring had healing properties of its own. Maybe. It was Gensokyo, after all; she wouldnât be surprised.
âThey were more concerned for you,â she murmured. âConsidering that Iâve remained in one piece this far, your worry was for nothing. When I was...like that--â she shuddered, unconsciously moving closer to the oni, â--I felt nothing. I suspect the demons in the water donât prey on those that donât feel fear in the water.â
She raised cupped hands to pour the next wave of water against the wound, watching it flush out again.Â
âI feel a little bad for them, really. They were just acting on instinct.â A thought occurred, and she nearly laughed. âDo you suppose they were the ones who brought me back up to the surface in the morning, and whatever forces that make me jump in the first place coaxes me to return to the bridge before I really wake up? What sweet monsters.â
She was rambling, now, disconnected and drowsy. Yuugiâs interruption and the fight had left her running on fumes and the warmth of the spring water was making her more lax. She leaned against Yuugi freely now, slouching, eyes hazy and unfocused as she simply talked.
â...Yuugi, do you know what love is like?â Parsee laughed, bitter, fragile. âThat sounds so inane after all this, but...do you? I donât think Iâve ever experienced it, in a romantic sense. Even with Mizuhashi, that was...that wasnât...or if it was, I donât want to think about it in such a way. Love shouldnât...make you want to jump off of bridges, right?â
"Man, what happened to you? You don't even smell right anymore." Orin brought her usual offerings, but now it doesn't quite look like she needs them. "So, uh... not to sound like I'm taking advantage or anything, but you don't really have any of your powers like you used to, right?"
Immediately on alert. Dark eyes narrowed, body language tense and ready to fight or flee, more likely. It was a while before Parsee spoke, slowly. âUnusual magic happened.âÂ
To bluff, or not to bluff? Either way, she was doomed from the start.Â
ââŠNo,â she said at length, venom coating the word. âIâmâŠtemporarily out of commission.â
Sheâd take her chance with the gators than a kasha, honestly, though she wasâŠat least somewhat confident that her new, weak body wasnât going to be harvested. Orin had always been respectful, but how much of that was genuine and how much was based in fear? Parsee hoped she didnât need to find out.Â
âWell⊠shit.â Orin had two options here. She could try to help Parsee, or she could just ignore her and carry on with her business without bothering. But she wasnât stupid. Parsee was a valuable person to have on your side, and as she already mentioned, this human thing was temporary. Besides, Orin kinda liked the bridge guard, temperamental as she could be.
âSounds like you need some help, then,â she finally nodded, setting the usual offering on one of the rails of the bridge. âWould you be all right if I asked a couple of friends of mine to help you out while youâre stuck like⊠this? Itâd basically be like having a couple of bodyguards.â
âI...huh?â
That hadnât exactly been the response she expected. It had certainly been one sheâd hoped for, but just...not the outcome sheâd been preparing herself for. She slowly relaxed by degrees, finally crossing her arms and giving a half shrug.Â
âI donât intend to stay in the underground for much longer, while Iâm...like this, at any rate. Yuugi wants to escort me up to the surface soon, so your...offer wonât be necessary. Not to protect me, at least, but if you could keep the bridge safe...â
She shifted on her feet.Â
âIt is appreciated. So long as you keep your kasha under control...do as you like.â She nodded to the offering set on the railing. âThatâs not...required.â
A fair trade, Parsee supposed, though she had to wonder if she was in any sort of position to negotiate.Â

"What's wrong with being human? So many interesting people are human."
âBeing interesting means nothing when youâre dead. Humans are fragile and die by eating the wrong berries, I have no desire to resume being such a weak creature.â
sakebloodedbear replied to your post:For what it's worth, you look even more cute and...
Parsee looks beautiful in every form you WEAK-ASS GREYFACE.
âHuff. Stop. Thereâs nothing beautiful about being a weak human.â
