❝Not like I have anywhere else to go or anything else to do.❞ Hitoshi admits easily with an air of nonchalance. In the long time he’s been here, he has yet to find one person that he could deem a threat. The sense of paranoia he once had after being brought to this bizarre world has dissipated over time and now he just sorta wanders around, looking for things to do that could at least help him find his way back home.
❝If it’s so dangerous to be out this late, then why are you here?❞ He returns, deciding to invite himself by sitting next to the stranger. Not exactly the kind of thing he usually does but he’s bored out of his mind so fuck it.
Silence for the most part, Risotto watched the kid though not at all cautiously. He could figure things out just by observing--some things gave him more answers than simply asking. Chances of this kid being a native to these islands were probably slim at best. That’s an assumption.
“People tend to leave those who are almost 7 feet tall alone. Tend to at least. Those foolish enough to think about bothering someone out of their weight range are either confident in their abilities or just desperate.” Risotto gave the kid a side long stare, hands clasped together as he leaned forward, elbows resting on his knees.
“It also just so happens that I do not mind hurting those taking a swing at me.” It... Wasn’t a threat.
