I’m almost at my first GW now, and it’s been very easy so far. Almost 5 kilos lost since December 17.
I should reach my GW2 easily before January 20.
After that, it will be harder because I’ll be living with my boyfriend, and maybe I won’t post here anymore. I wish I had more time—being on Tumblr helps me a lot. I love this vacation period where I’m alone, no one can worry about me, and I can focus on my goals without stress.
When I was still living with my dad, I didn’t want him to worry about me, so I ate all my meals as usual (he always cooked things drowning in oil, it was horrible), but I made myself throw up after every meal.
I lost more than 15 kilos that way, eating as usual.
I was very discreet—I think most people use their fingers to throw up, but I never knew how to do it that way. I have another very easy technique, and I never made any noise.

I decided to eat more today. I haven’t been losing weight for a while, so I want to try to restart my metabolism.
Today was a bad day, partly because I ate all of this—even though I wanted to—I feel terrible. Ever since I started following a restrictive diet, I’ve set myself a minimum of 1000 calories and a maximum of 1200, but it’s hard.
I cried today. I sat on the floor and cried, thinking about the past. Then I looked at the present, thought about the future, and told myself it’s not really any better and that I’m sick, wondering how I’m going to survive.
Also, I started smoking again today. It’s been two weeks since I completely quit, and I didn’t even really miss it, but I felt like it. Now I feel stupid, but I’m going to keep going for a bit, finish this pack of cigarettes, and then stop again before moving in with my boyfriend.
At the end of the day, I fainted because of my third cigarette. I had to lie on the floor and lift my legs up to feel better, but it lasted a long time. I think it’s also because of the restriction. I’m so cold, and I hope that this day of eating more than 1000 calories doesn’t make me gain weight and gives me a bit of strength.

I eat about 800-2000 calories, it really depends on the day, my mood and what's planned
I advise you not to eat so little, you will have big health problems (irregular heartbeat, hair loss, brittle nails and hair, being cold, losing your teeth, lanugo, lose memory and so many other problems)
But what interests you most: if you lower your daily calorie intake too much, your metabolism will slow down so much that you won't lose weight at all. Even a single calorie too much will make you fat
I think you should eat at least 800 or 1200 calories a day, no less. And you will lower your caloric intake when you reach a plateau. Also consider taking general nutritional supplements, b12 if you eat little meat, and electrolytes for everyday (this is what makes you weak), there are also electrolytes in bottled mineral water
The wrong thing to do is to lower your calories too much, the more you lower them the harder it will be in the long run: that's not what you should do!!
So I know it can be really hard, but you need to eat more, foods you like, minimally processed foods, rich in water, vitamins and minerals! Avoid anything that is already prepared

This afternoon I went for a walk in the city. I wanted to buy something to treat myself, but I have the same problem as always—I can never bring myself to buy anything.
Except for food, even if I don’t eat much. I spent 3 hours shopping, and in the end, I went to a supermarket (the best part of my outing for me) because I love going there to look at all the food on sale, check the ingredients, the calories, and imagine how everything tastes. I go through every aisle.
