the world had suddenly become a dark place. svetlana could feel her home ache - filling the walls with as many bodies it could fit. magic had protected the very walls in the foundation she had built. her eyes are removed from the window as the stars in the sky were her only comfort. the main hall was filled with extra beds, families and friends comforting one another.
