Just to be sure, you guys understand Silksong is $20 because Hollow Knight made them as much money as they could ever ask for, right? You understand that other indie developers who are going to make smaller and less ambitious games don't have a massive warchest that allows them to do the same thing right?

This is not to rag on Team Cherry at all by the way. Getting to develop Silksong without a care in the world and pricing the next game for cheap while giving it away for free to HK kickstarter backers because you're not worried about money is The Fucking Dream.

It's just not going to be something you can or should expect from the 99% of indie developers that live one minor flop away from losing their house

i heavily based her design off of ball jointed dolls (specifically the small ones from blind boxes) since i felt like the restoration wouldve wanted to make her look as harmless and as child friendly as possible... i also looked a bit at angelic layer because i love that show so much ...

ok new oc meet rune the sea slug she's a researcher who, in order to preserve herself during the forces war, stuck herself in virtual reality and now she exists as your favorite holo helper (or nuisance). a ghost in the machine. the status of her body is unknown to all.

me when i lovingly infect your code with the ghost of myself. me when i make you want to tear off your chassis and rip out your wiring to make sure you never hear me speak again. me when i rewrite your code without lifting a finger.

the fact you can instantly melt infinite's HP bar with a burst weapon is the funniest thing ever ngl

Do you have any tip of drawing Sonic characters body?

They're very bean-shaped, so that's now I usually divide them lol

That bean shape can usually be broken down into a top and bottom half, or loose circles (torso and waist). Usually it's a sorta tear drop shape that flows into their legs, like with Sonic/Shadow/Knuckles, etc. Tails has the opposite, and has a little more weight to his body, almost like a malleable bean bag. Characters like Vector are sorta the outlier, because their spine flows straight into the back of their head. Once you get that S curve down though, he's not too difficult.

Not sure how much this helps, but just a little breakdown that I personally use
