i feel weak. i feel vulnerable. i feel ungrateful. i feel lost. i feel anxious. i feel things that i thought i had forgotten how to feel. 

how do you teach yourself to let go of these emotions? how do you move past them? how do you feel strong? safe? appreciative? found? calm? 

or at the very least, how do you accept the things that make you human?
