“And that’s okay.” She admitted to him, a small smile on her face. “Not everyone is going to enjoy things, or the same things as others. It’s what makes people unique to one another, and it should be appreciated more often than it is.”
Besides. . . Ever since the accident, she had lost interest in a number of things she used to love before. Fireworks are now just loud noises, art now things that she cannot experience like she used to.
“Different wires can be a beautiful thing.” But it is also the downfall of some.

“S-so I am not the only one with that thought at the moment.” She felt herself looking about, trying to see any small details that could help understand this feeling. She was fully aware that after the latest escapade she had done, she had well upset people that she knew could easily end her and anyone she was with.
But where. . . Who was it?. . . It didn’t feel quite human. . .
“A. . . Pokemon?” She felt herself nearly silently muse, trying to think of possibilities. The one of nightmares? Genesect? One of the genies or Kyurem? No. . . It was familiar to her. . .
“I think we should hurry on, now.” She forced out of her mouth, gazing over towards him with a sheepish smile on her face.

If he were to be honest, it was weird to be touched like this. Sure, she’d been touchy with him before, but he was still getting used to it after a lifetime of receiving exactly none of it. His Father had been hands off and Wallace usually didn’t invade his space besides a gentle hand on his shoulder or arm.
He grunted in confirmation that he wouldn’t let go, gently steering her along. “Sorry….I’m not good at this, so tell me if I walk too fast for you.”
“Of course-” It wasn’t exactly that he wasn’t good at it. It was moreso that he wasn’t used to having to do it, which she understood. Within the world of Pokemon, blind people aren’t uncommon. But they tend to move away from going on adventures once something such as this happened. So for someone energetic to even dare try...
She knew she wasn’t the most welcome due to that.
“You’re doing alright, I assure you.” As long as they got somewhere safe enough to hear back, then everything would be just fine.

“Oh, of course!” She seemed to get along just fine a majority of the time with her Pokemon at her side, but without them it must be nerve wrecking. “Come along then, I’ll send Skarmory out to search from the skies.”
A moment after, a Pokeball was thrown and his Skarmory appeared, squawking at him in understanding before heading off into the skies to look.
“Careful, there’s a knot of roots right behind you,” he grabbed one of her hands after a moment. “This way.”
“Y-yes, of course.” She moved on forward, towards him, when he sent the pokemon out. She hadn’t expected it so soon, but she was given enough of a warning to not be overly startled from it. Eyes widening for a moment, she quickly shook her head to snap out of it.
Upon him taking one of her hands, she quickly reached out with her other to latch onto the same hand that had her other. After all, if there was a tripping hazard nearby, she would prefer to be latched onto someone when she didn’t have her cane to use. “I see, thank you. Pl-please don’t let go-”

“O-oh, no, it isn’t anything like that--” It had nothing to do with a fault of his. If anything, perhaps, it was a fault of her own. She wasn’t used to people remembering her. She was a mindless thought to most. Someone whom they pass by and talk to once, but never cared much about. Ever since the accident, she wasn’t what she used to be, and has since been abandoned by many she once cared for. No one wanted to deal with her...
“It’s just been a while since someone recalled anything like that, you know? I’m not used to it, is all.” And it was an innocent thing. Just something she had spoken about in the past. One of her storied she had told to children, and Steven just happened to be there and announced himself afterwards. She didn’t think he had been there for all of it...

Wallace was speechless for once in his life. He stared and stared for several moments before he finally found his voice. “That was…a huge burst of power…you wouldn’t happen to be a Pokemon, would you?”
Boy, did he have a huge storm coming.
This was anything but the intention of what she had wanted to happen. It was just that... Team Aqua always spoke for themselves, thinking selfishly and not realizing the delicate balance between the land and water. It seemed that humans never really thought about how the legendaries that they called upon felt, sometimes...
So hearing some remaining members talk the way they did, it genuinely upset her. She was working on her issues, and she wasn’t nearly as bad as her land counterpart, but it remained as something that happens all the same.
She had slammed them with Body Slam, and they flew off to who knows where... And now she was here.
“Oh, n-no, there would be no way for that to be possible. Pokemon would never take a human form, right? I just grew up with some training, that’s all.”
It wasn’t a lie, at least-

“I-I suppose it is rather obvious, isn’t it?” She knew her face showed emotion, even when it didn’t want to at times. Especially since she went blind, it was common. But, she trusted him well enough, so...
“I was wondering if you could help me with something...” She quietly spoke, nervously swallowing, “I allowed my Pokemon to go out on their own, and I lost my way. But then I noticed your voice, so-” She needed help back to the meeting point for her Pokemon.

“Y-yes, please.” It was a voice she could recall, thankfully so. Her Pokemon had lost her in the crowd, and while she managed to get to a spot where she couldn’t be moved anymore, she felt overly sensitive.
She couldn’t use her walking stick in this crowd, and she was feeling overwhelmed. “It’s hard to think, and I can’t tell Ele out from the crowd...” Was she alright? The blonde was worried sick for her Delphox. But she couldn’t even do anything about it... All she could do was wait, and put on some ear muffs to try and block out some of the outside noise.

“That’s true,” he paused in his explanations, smiling in her direction. She seemed so happy in this moment and truthfully, he rarely got to see her smile like that…so he was enjoying the sight.
“Being high up like this…feels sort of like flying, doesn’t it?”
He experienced it all the time on Reshiram, but she probably wasn’t used to it.
“Indeed, it does!” She cheerfully responded, still looking out with that happy look on her face. With the way the mechanics worked, along with the sight, she found the ferris wheel they were on to be absolutely astounding.
She wished she could take the time to go to more places like this.
“Is this what it feels like to ride on flying Pokemon?” It almost made her want to get one for herself-
What on earth would she get, though?...

Dianne was completely unaware of how N may be affected by all of this. She was unaware of the ride having such an impact on him, and was moreso focused on the fact that she and never seen anything quite like it.
She had spent much of the time listening to what he was saying, about how it worked and managed to move like this despite it’s size. The next thing she seemed to know, though, they were at the top, and her face seemed to light up.
She wasn’t used to being in the sky like this.
“This is amazing!” She happily spoke, a large smile on her face as she looked out upon the world. “It’s so high up, you can practically see the whole region from here!”

She couldn’t help but look over at the other for a moment, concerned but still offering a small smile onto her face. After all, she understood... All too well, in a sense.
“I had thought similar for the longest time, only my doors did not have peepholes. Just that... Everything was locked away, and I was to never know what was inside...” It was torture, never being able to go into rooms she once had access to. Never being able to see her father’s office. Perhaps it wasn’t exactly the same, not by any means, but...
It was still torture.

“Ah, well–” She had been distracted setting the bowls down for her Pokemon, but then the question reached her ears. “My Pokemon really love traveling at night and they can hear things from far off and see well in the dark, so its not really all the dangerous…and admittedly, I am rather sensitive to the heat…so I tend to travel when its cooler out.”
She sat down with her back against the tree. “It’s been that way since I was a child. I prefer not to faint in the middle of the road, you see?”
“Oh...” She initially quietly responded, lips parting in surprise before they closed again. “That makes sense. It sounds kind of fun, actually...” Her and her sister do it for other reasons, such as not getting caught by people, and the fact that a good number of pokemon go to sleep at night. The last thing they wanted to do was upset any of them, after all.
Yet again, that may be why they get misinterpreted as spirits, or comets when in their true forms...

Quickly, she forced up a smile on her face, accepting the change of conversation the moment it presented itself. “Oh, that would be wise, wouldn’t it? Would you feel comfortable going into town today? There is this lovely place I have been eyeing up, and they even have food for Pokemon.”
And this would be the best way to get her mind off everything once again. She didn’t need to worry her Pokemon, and she was, indeed, ALONE that entire time.
“Of course, that is up to you if you’d like to do that.”

He couldn’t help but wonder if it was always going to be like this…if touching another human being would always make his skin crawl. He knew Dianne, he would even go as far as to say he /trusted/ her, but…
Even still, this was difficult. He wanted to snatch his hand away and hide it, keep it in his pocket far away from any kind of human touch–
But he didn’t. He kept it on her head as the tears flowed from her eyes. He even managed to make it move, petting her hair down in a comforting gesture.
Was this…was this enough? He couldn’t speak, but he could….he could manage this.
She found herself trying to hide her face, or to at least prevent the tears from dripping, as they seemed to refuse to stop. “I-I’m sorry-” She managed to whine, but her voice sounded as if it wasn’t the same woman he knew her as. A weak, broken, scared woman that was just trying to make sure those around her were safe.
“You shouldn’t have to see me like this, I’m sorry-” Despite her best efforts, the waterworks finally fell from between her fingers, dripping onto her dress. “I don’t know why it won’t s-stop.”
Because no human has touched her like this in years, perhaps. This was enough, so much more than enough.

While she may not have been thinking the exact thing he was. Instead, her mind was on the admins, the people that had been affected because of them, and those that looked down on her as a person. It hurt... It always hurt, and it was so hard to ignore it when she was going day to day...
Then she felt the hand on her head.
This caused her to break down, tears flowing but instantly trying to wipe them away. That was the last thing she needed, to have him see her crying. If she kept at it well enough, it’d be unnoticeable, right?...
Right...
