Second infused water Blueberry Lemon.
I originally wanted to do an orange, lemon, ginger but being away this weekend I didn't get shopping and my last orange and piece of ginger went bad.
So I went into my freezer and found blueberrys.
Frozen fruit works just as well as fresh, just takes a bit longer. Dried fruit will not work at all.
So first I rolled the lemon on the counter. Rolling the lemon for a minute activates all the juices in it so it becomes juicer. I cut it in half and used half of the fruit in the jar. Cut off the rind like last time so it doesn't become bitter.
Then I used about a half cup to a cup of frozen blueberries.
Added some ice and water then squeezed the other half of the lemon in.
Again lemon is known to be good for: reducing phlegm, balancing ph level, and aiding in digestion.
Blueberries are known to be packed with vitamins C, E, riboflavin, niacin, and folate.
