#protein #bomb 💪💪👅👅😍😍 Made it yesterday and eating it all by myself with zero guilt👊 Well had to share it a bit..gave a small piece to my ❤ . To make it all you need is cottage cheese and sugar free jelly. Mix those 2 together and you have a delicious #cake 🍰..for this one I made a base out of oats honey coconut oil and walnuts👌 more #gainz 💪💪

Today's checkin with my coach went really well👌👐👐 all that food I was eating goes where I need it to go💪💪😆 and I'm so happy that my calories were increased again 👐👐👐👐👐 more #gainz 😆💪💪 Today is my non training day and here is my meal 4 after #bbq for lunch👅. I have one more to go but already feeling like 🐖😆 So on this plate - toast with curd cheese and honey and peanutbutter-chocolate #cupcake made in my kitchen👅👅👌👌 And those cucambers are so tasty especially when you drizzle some honey on them #yum 👌 My grandmother used to do this and I never understood why...it makes sense now😍...give it a try before judging 😆💖
