A delicious and healthy Chinese restaurant-style stir-fried Napa cabbage recipe that's quick and easy to make at home. The combination of garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil adds incredible flavor to this dish.
Ingredients: 1 medium Napa cabbage. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Salt and pepper to taste. Green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Cut the Napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and saut for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the Napa cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until it starts to wilt and turn slightly golden. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the cabbage and toss to coat evenly. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
