Update - I think I’ve found all of my II fic, but it’s all fragments and most of it Central ship brain rot. I’m in the mood for adapting old fic to new work but I’d need to get back into the II zone to make these satisfactory enough to post on AO3

You can always just post them as snippets/multiple chapters in a snippet fic, that’s what I did recently

Full disclosure, I first read this ask about a month ago when it first landed in my inbox, it was 2am and I was just like 🥺. And it took me a while to figure out how to reply.

Like it’s been a few years and I haven’t always been proud of what I made. I’m just v touched that someone wants to see more of my stuff? That they liked my stuff? So thank you.

Can we all just agree that although Holby may be ending on the BBC, it lives on forever in fanfic. Your beloved character is not dead/ or they haven't moved to St James. They are locked in the Holby season you love, doing exactly what you want them to do. Oh yeah, and Henrik Hanssen is the greatest character ever. End of!

I’m working on a commissioned game with some archaeologists consulting, and it’s due Monday. I sent them the final text draft yesterday and they got back to me like ‘just a few small changes’. They’re lovely people, but these aren’t small changes. Like not even slightly. I now have 5 new small sections to write if I go with all their edit suggestions and there’s a side character’s storyline to reorder bc they want me to keep their identity a secret until later in the game.

Taking a break from the Holby writers’ terrible life decisions to share the next chapter of my fic. ^_^ Which was definitely not motivated by the writers’ terrible life decisions.
