My HC is that they always do birthday hits to everyone except Kiri, not out of being mean they just didn't think about it. Bakugou knows why. But the crew decides to attack Kiri with birthday hits and realize that probs not the best idea to hit the kid with the hardening quirk. But Bakugou goes along with it and Kiri is just happy to be included.
