Have you ever had a not so great workout day?
I started working out at home last week, and I’m surprised at how working out alone doesn’t bother me. Today I woke up with 0 motivation, yet decided that I would get my a$$ out of bed and workout. About halfway through my workout I started getting horrible cramps, a slight headache and I lost the little push I needed. I finished my workout for the day and did no extra work. I don’t like finishing my workout on a sour note, feeling like crap and frustrated in the day. Idk I guess it’s just one of those days but I’m trying to keep positive.
