Saw the I Am the Tides outfit for Gladiia in Arknights & thought 'oh I need to draw my boy in that' and then proceeded not to do that until like. This past weekend.

And then I proceeded to lose interest after mostly getting the boy finished but hey he's the important part anyways.

Foster Advocate Pleads Not Guilty to Handshake Assault on Rep. Mace

A former foster youth and advocate was arraigned following an incident with Rep. Nancy Mace that has erupted into controversy over disputed

What took place Tuesday night is not entirely clear, and video recordings have yet to surface.

Following the encounter between Mace and McIntrye, as a reporter looked on, several officers arrested McIntyre on a misty Tuesday evening outside the Rayburn House Office Building. At the scene, other youth advocates shouted out concern and dismay. 

Shortly before 8 p.m., Rep. Mace — who was the first female cadet to graduate from the Citadel military college, and has achieved recent attention for pushing to bar a fellow lawmaker who is trans from using the women’s bathroom — began posting a series of messages on the social media platform X. She cited a supportive phone call with president-elect Donald Trump, and described herself as being “physically accosted” by a “pro-tr*ns man.”

But three eyewitnesses disputed her characterization, saying they saw nothing but a routine handshake, followed by a request by the foster youth advocate that the Representative support transgender youth in foster care.

The fact that's Mace is pushing for transphobia against colleagues seems like necessary context here - as are other parts of the article that highlight she "wore her right arm in a sling as she walked through the Capitol today", but that "after U.S. Capitol Police arrived, Mace refused paramedics’ assistance".

Listen I literally named my boy Lament, you can't throw a doppleganger called Anguish in front of me with that text pop-up and not expect me to do something. I don't think I fully conveyed my concept, but I'm still pleased with it.

Originally was gonna try and post this in October but also had a sneaking suspicion I'd forget about it so here it is a few days early. I got suddenly reminded of this song a bit ago (by everyone learning that it was Ryan Gosling which to be fair I also did not know) and basically became possessed by the need to draw something. But then once I got the flats blocked out I just didn't work on it for a week so I was kinda like. Hang on lemme just throw my repertoire of nonsense to make it something that at least pretends to be finished and still has the basic vibe I wanted. So here we are!
