Today is #WorldHealthDay! This is a great reminder to be mindful of your health in every aspect - physical, mental, emotional, etc. I hope everyone does a little something today, whether it’s go for a quick run/walk or treat yourself to a movie. Maybe even use today as an excuse to jump start a healthier routine. What can you start doing today to feel healthier? TIP: Get a little creative and use up those Notes & Ramblings pages at the end of each month! Create checkboxes, use stickers or draw circles, etc. to make a checklist template. You’ve got a good bit of room here, so make good use of it! Who makes you happy at the end of a long day? For me, I love talking with my business mastermind group. We meet each month to cheer each other on - but we also push one another to do our best. Having a group that is there to support me in good times and bad is invaluable. Finding your tribe is so important in various ways. PRODUCTIVITY TIP: Begin. Just do a tiny bit. Even noting down ideas helps. Once you start, momentum shifts from putting something off or thinking about the fact you should start.

This is the problem people will often encounter. Sometimes it’s hard just to get started on a goal or project. Once we do, we can get frustrated, sidetracked or TIRED of working so hard to get where we want to be. TIP: Want to designate special days in your planner? It can be super helpful to use a system so you can tell at a glance if a day is important ...for example instead of writing down days off, use a certain color to highlight the numbered date! Put a circle around that day and shade it in that so your days off are color-coded, consistent and easily seen!
