I love the head cannon that Decked out 3 Tango is Scotts sire and I have now though about kinda what my own take of it is.
Basically we know and have confirmed (if you fully trust Scott to be a reliable narrator) that Scott bought vampirism from some shady guy he never saw again. What if tango simply needed the money to make decked out, or at least a vampires SMP version of it. Like think saw trap combined with the riddler.
The mental image of tango hanging in a alley way waving Scott down being like "Hey kid, want some drugs to be immortal?"
Also with Tango making the game, the other hermits that are helping him the most in hc11 (I think it's mainly Skizz and Impulse that are helping the most but I might be wrong) are the ones gathering people and actually exchanging the money. While tango can make the actual game.
Like the idea of a coven of vampires, in the middle of nowhere, making escape rooms for unwilling participants is very funny to me.
