How to be more productive In order to have a productive day or a week, you should 1. Set some goals. Ask yourself what is you want to achieve? Why do you want to achieve those goals or a goal? How long would you need to achieve your goals? What would you have to give up to achieve your goals? 2. You can achieve your goals by writing To Do list. Studies show that people achieve their goals and perform better, if they write it down. What is your to do list for today? 3. If it is a weekly goal, then in order do not waste time on unwanted tasks, chores, run routines. Follow strict a daily routine, do the task at the same time every day for the rest of the week. 4. To get organised and more focus, arrange your desk, your room, your work station. Mess creates stress. Close all those unwanted tabs on your computer. 5. To avoid distractions, leave your phone in another room. Get rid of the TV and stop saying YES to every request and instead focus on your tasks, a goal. 6. To get more energy and regain your focus and creativity, get physical, exercise , go outside for a walk, dance, jump. 7. Stop multitasking and instead focus one important task. 8. Make sure to get a good night sleep. Go do bed at the same day everyday. Ensure minimum of 6-7 hours of sleep a night. Otherwise your brain will not be able to focus on important task and your goals. 9. Drink plenty of water and eat right food. Eating healthy will help to keep your energy levels and help with focus. 10. Lastly, make sure to take small breaks in between your tasks. Work 90 minutes with 10minutes break in between.
